Bashan at the front desk was very kind when we checked in Tuesday evening. We were pleased with his…read morecustomer service and he gave us a couple of water bottles for free which was awesome! He was the highlight of the place for sure. Now, the morning staff? I am not sure if it's just a policy of this property, but my grandma and I requested a late checkout as we have to wait until 4pm to get into our AirBnB with the rest of the family. We were told the latest we could check out is noon, which to my understanding is just normal check out time. Not a huge deal, but a bit of an inconvenience. It was to be a blessing in disguise, however! The room was absolutely unbearable. There was an extremely strong scented SOMETHING sprayed on all of the bedding and coming from the air conditioner. We had to sleep with the window open and keep the door propped during the daylight hours to even be able to stay in the room. I had no issues with allergies or anything like that upon coming to Denver, but in this room I was literally choking on whatever scented stuff they use. I couldn't hardly breathe, continuously coughing and sneezing, and my nose got super stuffy. Thank GOD we couldn't stay in the room for longer, or else I probably would've choked to death on that stuff. I can literally still taste it and we are sitting in the lobby waiting for our family to arrive. The fitness center is very underwhelming, it is more like a treadmill room. Two treadmills and an elliptical with dumbbells going to only 20lbs. Clearly not meant for any real exercise, cardio only, which is not a huge surprise for a hotel gym but I was still disappointed. I only gave a second star because of the front desk clerk Bashan. There was one woman with glasses and dark hair- inattentive at best, even slightly standoffish. It was like they were blaming us for being picky or something- and I NEVER complain. I am always very kind and understanding, having worked front desk in hotels myself for several years, but this experience was absolutely terrible. The worst stay I have ever had in a Marriott property- and I used to work exclusively at Marriott properties. The worst part was undoubtedly the absolutely unbearable scented whatever in the room. It was literally making my grandma and I cough and choke and sneeze the whole night through, only marginally improved by opening the window and door. I cannot recommend this property to anyone else; breakfast was okay but the eggs and bacon were the only hot foods served. The rest was instant food, things I could make myself in a microwave. The eggs and bacon were both very watery also, I didn't even eat the bacon as it looked like it had come from a microwave. Soggy and soft, disappointing experience. Thank you again to Bashan, but I really hope the rest of these issues get addressed so that this property can take good care of its guests in future.

Thank you! The hotel is very nice and modern, love the fact that the hotel is very clean & bright! Love the new remodel look! Breakfast food for the day was biscuits & gravy, boiled eggs, muffins, waffles and other options. The breakfast attendant was great and very cautious of when food was becoming low. She kept on top of tables and counters! She did an amazing job considering that there were many visitors and kids in the breakfast lobby.

When you get coffee from the "coffee stand" in the hotel, across the entrance, there are not enough supplies to even fulfill your coffee needs. Elevator squeaks when used, and there's graffiti on the elevator walls. Is this a hotel or a brothel? The sheets and towels were dirty when we arrived, and had the faint smell of smoke in the room. The phone didn't work. The tvs don't work, our TV didn't have a remote, and the door hinges look like someone tried to break in before, and all the hotel did was remove it so it wouldn't look noticeable (take a hotel lock to be safe). The AC was dusty, and there were so many "broken down" cars outside. If you're looking for somewhere cheap, stay here. Otherwise, find somewhere better fr fr. I regret picking this hotel, but it'd be too expensive to find another hotel on such short notice.

This Hotel is in a bad area of town…read more There was a rental car stolen the night before we left "per hotel staff" in The hotel parking lot AND the night before that, the gas station which is right next door got robbed. "Note this is obviously not their fault, however needs to be mentioned so that you as the reader may get a better perspective" Now the Hotel itself is not bad but the rooms look outdated and we could see a dent in our mattress under the bed sheets "old mattress" the carpet was sticky when walking on it bear foot. We booked the Hotel through Costco and we ended up getting charged 2 times once by Costco and once by the hotel. The Manager was responsive and did say he refunded our money but as of yet I have not seen the charges reversed on my card. IMO a big mistake like this should immediately be reversed on my card and I should not have to wait two weeks "will see what happens" The highlight actually was the food for breakfast, the husband and wife team that prepares everything are super nice and we literally spent hours talking to them. They are true gems. "They get 5 Stars" The maid service does a pretty good job but it's hard to make a outdated room look nice and clean, they speaks zero English and it was near impossible for me to communicate with them. Bottom line is I know that the new manager is trying hard to make this hotel better but I just felt unsafe and the room were meh at best. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this Business.

Check in - was a breeze via the app. The room was clean and pretty spacious. Had a two bed room with a tub. There was a microwave and fridge hidden in a cabinet. The desk is relatively small for if you need to do work. Appreciated that there was housekeeping everyday, didn't expect it! My AC unit was making rumbling noises so I had to keep it off during the duration of the stay in early Spring. It would have been a bit annoying if it were warmer and I would have mentioned something to the hotel. Also the bottom strip of the door was missing so you could see light pouring into the room at night. Other than that, would stay here again!

I especially love that you can often check-in via the app and then use your phone as a key, which really speaks to my Millennial soul not wanting to actually interact with anyone. We chose this spot and booked it about 24 hours before our stay as it was the most convenient and affordable as we were passing through the Denver area on our way home to KC from Yellowstone. After spending a week at an air bnb and staying in some other hotels along the way, this spot stood out as our best night's sleep the entire trip. The hotel also boasted a pool for our kiddo, and ultimately was just a really comfortable stop for us. If we are ever passing through again I know we would consider staying here again.

The homeless stay in the garage rooms on each floor. The manager said, "the issue started after Covid" There is an abandoned restaurant by the hotel where the homeless camp. The police park there to keep them out. The police did a drug bust in the parking lot by the front entrance and about 5 undercover police cars and people handcuffed on the ground. They won't exchange your linen in the morning and you are told to come back by Nancy because she is busy in the morning. You go without your needs met. This hotel has changed a lot. It's dirty and not clean and there is dog poop everywhere. There are a lot of homeless and people on drugs. Guest's smoking in the front entrance and pit bull dogs off leash and a lot going on here. They don't always have what you need. I've had to pay at laundry to wash hotel towels and pillowcases. They will take cash for a weekly rate but you must have exactly the right amount because they give no change. The police patrol the grounds daily and no security cameras on staff.
