    Look at the lattice construction (doesn't come together).  Also look at the little nail that's supposed to hold it to the cabinet.

    It makes me sad/mad/glad to see that I'm not alone in my opinion of Wood Hollow Cabinets. Looking at several of the reviews below, I also see other home owners that had the same TERRIBLE customer service experience. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but I'm guessing that probably won't do much good. Short version: DO NOT BUY CABINETS FROM WOOD HOLLOW CABINETS. Medium version: They have a nice showroom (of course). They make cabinets (like 20 other businesses in Dalton/North Georgia. Their installation is TERRIBLE. Their customer service is WORSE. Part of our purchase included two wine cabinets (cabinet with lattice work to hold approximately 40 bottles each. The other night when nobody (luckily!) was in the room, including our two children, the lattice work on one of the cabinets gave way and all of the bottles crashed to the floor. After we cleaned up of course i started looking at what happened and that's when i realized how bad a job they had done making and installing the cabinets. 1. the lattice is not complete on the ends, aka the wood does not make a complete square on the ends which are then attached to the cabinet as a weak single piece of wood instead of a complete square. 2. they only used a handful of finishing nails that are approximately 1/8 to long to essentially tack the lattice to the cabinet when it should clearly been securely fastened. No wonder it came apart. Now the even WORSE issue: I contacted my trusted contractor who did our remodeling to take a look and he immediately agreed that it was a faulty install and contacted Wood Hollow on my behalf. In short, they blew him off. And through our conversation I also found out that he has stopped using them for jobs because of this very reason (terrible customer service and installation). I then took the time to call myself. The person that answered the phone took my name, information, the nature of the call, and said someone would call me. I even took the time to take pictures of the issue and sent it as a follow-up to my call. 5 days later, of course nobody had so i called me back. I then called again, got the same "someone will contact you" response. But this time it was followed by a two sentence email verbatim below: "Mr. Morton, I have spoken to my boss, we are scheduled four weeks ahead currently. We are not scheduled to be in your area during that time frame, unfortunately. We thank you for your patience thus far. Thank you," Confused by this message, and hopeful that it meant that maybe they were trying to fit me into their schedule, i called to see what the email meant. The response i received floored me. In short, I was told that they are busy and don't have time to even TALK to me about my issue. All of this was relayed through the poor person that works the phones. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to talk to me with any offer to help, apology, or even to tell me that they didn't stand by their product. Just nothing. Sorry for the long rant - hope i can save you the pain we're going through now. There are a LOT of alternatives. Just mark these guys off your list.

    This company is big on showcasing beautiful and quality work in their showrooms and displays. Unfortunately, this is absolutely not the case if you make the mistake of hiring them to install cabinets. I would have preferred giving no stars, but I did not have that option! I remodeled my kitchen when I moved into my older home. My contractor suggested this company based on a customer's satisfaction with them. I ordered marble sinks which were sent to Wood Hollow as per their instructions. My cabinets remained there for about three months in their warehouse without their acknowledgment! I called the Sink company because Wood Hollow told me that they had not received them. Once my sinks were delivered, I realized that one of the sinks had a flaw. When I contacted the company to have it replaced, they told me that the sink had been shipped out three months earlier, and that they could no longer replace it unless I would pay half the cost of the sink since it had been so long. Due to WoodHollow's neglect, I had no options. They took no responsibility or accountability. One of the cabinets that had been built to house my sink was incorrectly measured, so the sink did not fit in the cabinet. It was returned to Woodhollow with another delay. There was no compensation or accountability once again! Woodhollow called me several times during installation to ask for more money for items that were not originally included in the price. This was the first time that I had been made aware. Several months ago I pulled out a pantry drawer and it came flying out of the hinges and fell on my hardwood floor breaking jars and denting cans. My floor was damaged as a result. I recently had had foot surgery, and fortunately jumped out of the way before injuring my foot. Woodhollow insisted that they receive $97 from me before any work would be done on my drawer after I waited for weeks. My cabinets have multiple cracks and the paint is so thin that it is missing in a number of places. I am very concerned about the quality of materials that were used. The hardware is not at all sturdy. I was told that I had too much weight, but there is no weight restriction listed. It is a cupboard where I put canned goods and jars. I have not heard one word since my last phone call about a month ago. I am devastated with the lack of customer service and concern once cabinets have been purchased from Wood-hollow. I will more than likely not have any follow up on the issues that I have been going through. This is one of the worst experiences that I have had in regard to craftsmanship. If you are considering doing work with this company, please do a great amount of research, before you decide. Their warrantee is useless.

    You pay for custom cabinets you should get a custom install. The cabinets were not scribed to the walls. Instead they are going to use moulding to cover the gaps between the ends of the cabinets and the walls. Substandard install.

    Our barely 2 year old custom cabinets are coming apart at the miters and the face of the cabinets are cracking.

    Ordered a kitchen beautiful design very polite office staff quality of the cabinets is great absolutely recommend wood hollow for cabinets.
