Way too hard to cancel subscriptions, and they are seemingly breaking consumer laws. This company is based in Japan.

No customer service. Software needs updating every time I open it. The software puts a PDF Element watermark on pages but does not provide a way to remove it. I thought it might be a good value, but it has resulted in so many frustrations that I wish it was physical so I could run it over with my car. read more

I bought a product called PDFelement from Wondershare. I bought it to change the font size in pdf forms. The product does not perform as advertised. I requested a refund. Wondershare insists there is nothing wrong with its product and refuses a refund. Don't deal with these people. They make promises that they don't keep. read more

In my opinion and from my experience this is an INTENTIONAL SCAM by WONDERSHARE (Wonbo technology co). They charged my credit card a year later for already purchased software(that failed and I asked for a refund but was denied) . Fought the second charge through my CC company. "Dr.Fone" from https://drfone.wondershare.com/ was a complete failure and also tries to Root your phone in the process, which was never in the description. They are not located in the US and they make it next to impossible to contact for a refund even though their software is advertised as having a money back %100 guarantee. There refund system was 'down' during the return time period and they will only offer another product they sell in consolation. Paypal and my Credit Card company sided with me and refunded the charge. I'm staying far away as they should not be trusted. read more

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I ordered this $50 feature to unlock my phone when I got locked out. The website has a million things on it and is very unclear all together. On their (very professional but deceiving) website, the software that I purchased said that it could unlock my galaxy s7 phone. After I spent the money and tried to use it, the product said that that feature was not available for my phone. Are you KIDDING me?!? So immediately I email them to ask for a full refund and they reply that they can't give me my money back but they'd be happy to compensate me with another one of their products in their massive software library. Um, I don't WANT to be compensated with something else I simply WANT MY $50 BACK!!! They have no problem emailing me alright, but TALKING to someone live on the phone is NOT an option. Nope. There is absolutely no person to reach and there isn't a single number for their company anywhere. I realized that the only way to get my money back was to go through my credit card company. After 2 months this is still an ongoing dispute case. Worse comes to worse I will have to change my credit card number. Thanks alot wondershare. I have been trying to use their DVD creator and it is the worst dvd maker I have ever used. It is clunky, confusing and does not save my files properly. Do not use this product! I have RARELY gotten what I wanted from Wondershare customer support! They have NEVER taken any suggestion to improve their software. Their "contact/help" system is totally ineffectual. Unless you happen to have one of their listed products or issues, apparently, you CANNOT get any support! The Wondershare product I use doesn't appear ANYWHERE on the site, so maybe that explains the poor customer support over the years: Maybe they no longer care about this product? Regardless, means that I cannot use web site for support. So now I am forced to try calling, but can't imagine that will be any better than any other support option.
