Remember they are actors - so you see them doing wild things with girls on stage or in the audience, but if you know what to look for, you can also see that they are whispering to the girls first and getting consent, and/or they are going up to the girls who are specifically flagging them over with singles. On that note, I bet this is a fun experience for singles in their 20s. Like the description (which I didn't read well enough) suggests, it's really more of a male stripper experience than a "show" that you sit back and watch. I had only ever been to one male revue before (with a different company), and it was a professional theatre show with choreographed dance numbers that happened to be performed by scantily clad men who, on occasion, came into the audience to flirt, or called a girl up on stage to make naughty gestures with her. Men in Motion danced a bit (with cool choreography, albeit for quick numbers that almost always devolved into something else entirely), but mostly they appeared to be giving lap dances, twirling women around, or simulating sex with them (again, with consent, girls laughing and appearing to enjoy). They would make really fun hires for parties or other private events, and if this is your thing, go see them at your local club or hire them for your party.
