You charged me $40 an hour and claimed you were here for 5 hours, but my home security cameras clearly show you were only here for 3.5 hours. On top of that, several areas you said you cleaned were untouched -- none of my countertops in both my bathroom were cleaned. Neither of the sinks either! When it comes to under the couch, which we discussed before you ever accepted the job and confirmed you would take care of no problem. Then to come on here and complain about it?
