The wait is long but there's a variety of pain treatment specialists there. I saw her in her downtown office for headaches after booking through ZocDoc. She was one of the first specialists in a long time that not only didn't condescend to me, but was kind, thoughtful, and wanted to help when I told her my problems were related to ear, neck and throat--not her specialty specifically. I told her was where and why I was my neck was hurting and she took me seriously; she was the first in a long line of other specialists. I saw Dr. Matt Weir and he was nice too. If you don't have fantastic employer-provided insurance (had Health First when seeing her), the downtown clinic isn't perfectly organized, but there's WiFi and unlike a lot of specialists but Dr. Ravitz never made me feel like an idiot or tossed up her hands when I described the pain I was feeling and the suspected causes. Edited to add: Ask ahead of time how long the wait is and get there ON TIME. Even under those circumstances, you may have to wait at least 20 minutes because she is one of the few good specialists in the city that accepts Medicaid add-on plans. This would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the wait - comparable to a hospital.

My experience here was solid, since my doctor (Dr. B!) was great and the facilities were great (clean, test rooms etc.) but the latter nearly ruined it for me. I appreciated my doctor for being thorough with the follow up and flexible enough to do virtual appointments if necessary. I also enjoyed the fittings, accessories breakdown, and explanation over all the products offered. Above all, I appreciated how friendly the techs were during the entire process. The front desk is a bit of a different story. To suggest they could use a dose of professionalism is no exaggeration. They were cold with the salutations, rushed for no reason, and quick to remind me of their return policies. I also noticed they were rude to folks on the phone and a too abrasive for my tastes. I try to mitigate this by booking everything online and trying to keep our in person interactions as brief as possible. This is my recommenation for all future patients. The technician met us and brought us into a room where the sleep study would take place, he met us walked me through what would happen and what he would be placing on my child. With every wire being placed on my child he explained what it was for. The quality of the care I thought was very good but I didn't realize that the sleep study would end at 6am. My child only got about 4 ok hours of sleep. There are a lot of forms that needed to be filled out so I suggest anyone to go there at least half an hour earlier to fill out the forms. Overall the center was VERY clean and the technicians were VERY kind.

He sent the drug prescription directly to the hospital's pharmacy via computer instead of giving a hard copy of drug prescription. Unfortunately when I went to the hospital's pharmacy, the drug was out of stock. So I was trying to reach Dr. Weber during a weekend but no success. I called the hospital and explained my situation. The on-duty doctor couldn't reach Dr. Weber either. So ended up I have to suffer my spinning for at least 2 days. Finally on Monday, he sent the drug prescription to my preferred pharmacy but without any notification until I called the pharmacy to confirm. 2) My audiologist informed Dr. Weber about my facial nerve stimulation situation after the cochlear implant surgery which she couldn't skip some electrodes and active the sound processor. So I went for an x-ray. I sent emails to Dr. Weber to ask about the result of the x-ray and he advised that the radiologist is on leave and needed to confirm few issues with him after his return. He promised he will get back to me. However I waited and waited, sent him emails, made phone calls and showed up in person. Then he apologized to me and said he didn't receive my emails and somehow found them in his junk emails. He advised that the cochlear implant is in the right position and everything is fine but that's not true. I went for a second opinion from another ENT and was informed that the internal components of electrode arrays were too long and it touched my facial nerves. 3) Because of Dr. Weber's careless mistake on the cochlear implant surgery, I have to go thru another unexpected surgery to solve the facial nerve stimulation.
