I'm pregnant with my last child and as in most other cases my husband wanted to be involved. after a four hour wait the day before,he was turned away and told men weren't aloud in the rooms. Seriously!?!? Apparently they said they do it for the privacy of other patients. I think this dr seriously has to rethink this. I loved his service and attentiveness but the wait was always hell and then on top of that this... I switched dr at almost seven months pregnant. Dr Charles Austin is by far the best dr ever... I had my second baby w him and regret not seeing him w the last. He stayed all night in the hospital w me. I had an car accident while pregnant and he called the hospital and had the er waiting for me and sent his assistants all night to check on me. He works out of a clinic that's the only down side, but it's so worth it. U will have the best service every w him. I wish there was more doctors like him.

His new office is very nice and welcoming and doesn't have a sterile feel when you're waiting in the lobby or exam room. I hate to say it but the only downfall is the parking. Very very disappointed with their services.
