They have two buildings you can enter and it wasn't explicit where to go but it's not a huge space to navigate. I took the 102 class and overall i enjoyed it. They gave all the materials, had sewing machines for you to use and the space itself is spacious. I did feel like the teacher wasn't sure how to support multiple people who had questions, it felt like she thought people knew much more on their own than we did. The classes aren't hard, set up more for beginners it seems but the teachers do rotate so I guess that could change too. However, taking yoga into communities and unusual locations definitely gets the crowd out and is something different than you'd experience at a typical studio. They are pretty affordable too, $15 give or take and often times that includes extras (like beer)! Very laid back and non judgey atmosphere and they are a non for profit. Proceeds go to yoga training scholarships for teachers. I like it!
