Five of us went out to Wolverine Paintball and had an absolute blast. From the moment we arrived, the staff set the safety tone they were super encouraging, helpful, and genuinely excited to have us there. They took the time to explain things clearly, kept the energy high, and made sure everyone felt confident and ready before games started. The open play community was a huge highlight. Players were welcoming, friendly, and competitive in the best way. It didn't matter that we came as a five-man team; we were mixed in seamlessly, and the games felt balanced, intense, and fun. There was a real sense of camaraderie on the field that made every round better. Between the field setups, the supportive staff, and the great open play atmosphere, Wolverine Paintball delivered an exciting, adrenaline-filled experience. I overall had a nice time but I wish there were more terrains to play on than just the two.

Best experience I have had in a long time. We had so much fun and the referees were vital in keeping everything tip top safe and fair. Great prices on equipment if your going that route. Super knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do. Great job Wolverine paintball. read more

We checked this out for a youngster birthday party. We used the junior .50 caliber guns which were still a bit too powerful for 10-11 year olds. Mike and William were pros and had good rapport with our group. The heat of summer in long sleeves and pants with a mask was tough but understandable safety precautions. I enjoyed both the inflatable and wooded courses. The former being more easily managed and latter more adventurous and shaded. I am dropping this to a 4 due to non- bursting more painful paintballs and several guns needing further prep before working. We'll be back during cooler months and overall enjoyed and recommend this experience. read more

Visited this place 8/5/17 during my bachelor party and had a heck of a fun time. We had sixteen people in our group, rented everything at a very reasonable cost, and they have a special for the bachelor. Just ask them about it when you're almost done for the day. Fun times. All the staff were down to earth guys. They made sure our bachelor party got a couple of games of speedball just between ourselves. That was a lot of fun. They also had a really fun game I'd never played before. Thanks for everything again. read more

Great guys out at Wolverine! Stopped in just to pick up a tank and a hopper. The owner spoke to me for a while and was very accommodating. Ended purchasing a hopper and can't wait to go back and play on their fields! read more

Had an awesome time here as part of a bachelor party last week. Best refs I've ever had at a field.

I took a group of friends on a Saturday to play paintball, and we experienced the worst service there. Management was super rude to us, to the point of of us leaving before playing a game. I wouldn't suggest going there at all. read more

We were so excited to attend a birthday party for an 8 year old at Wolverine, but what a disappointment!! The staff is rude, crude and VERY harsh with the little kids. It may be fun for adult males, but definitely keep all children away from this place. Be warned! read more

Paid for all day air and field fee. Even bought a season pass. Was allowed to play for from 1-345. Then told they were closing the field to spray off the bunkers because someone used outside paint. We were basically accused of this. Also the owner has random dogs running around the facility although they seem to be friendly not exactly enticing for someone who is afraid of dogs. If you are looking for a family friendly place to play paintball. I would highly recommend any other field in the Asheville area. read more
