Now they are not answering my emails or calls. Impact Catalyst insisted I needed an additional website which they would create.Their work didn't reflect my personality or style despite conversations, examples, and a review of my website. Laura told me to not be concerned, "it wasn't important." The one document completed was very basic with two layouts to choose from. This was my first impression and indication of things to come. Photo's were not taken at an event for this add'l website as promised. New head shots were cancelled while they looked for another free student.The work was not timely and weekly check-in calls often condescending. When I voiced my concern that some of the material was overstating relationships, training, I was sent a dictionary word definition! Owner Chris apologized and "wanted me to leave happy" offering to create a document for an upcoming event with a deadline so as to not leave me in a bind. I declined having had enough and haven't heard from them since. I am out $2000. Go elsewhere or you may be joining me at the BBB.
