However, the information given about my vehicle was WRONG and almost cost me thousands of dollars. I took my car in to be diagnosed as the Warranty company said please take it to the dealership in which we did. They tried to tell me that my transmission cooler line had rubbed against a sensor and popped it, causing the transmission to be no good and said they were throwing CVT trans codes when hooked to the scanner indicating the transmission was bad. My husband spoke to them and they said if warranty covered it, the cost would be roughly $4800.00. When they called to let us know warranty was sending an inspector out, and that warranty denied the claim I knew something was up. We have one of the best warrantys you could ask for, warranty caught on to the fact they were trying to get more money out of them. Picked my car up after they told me $7050.00 (roughly) to replace the transmission. We then asked warranty could we get a second opinion, took it to Gibsons Garage (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), they did confirm the line was busted, and warranty would not cover the line under drive train. However they had NO trans codes coming up. They replaced the line, added a half quart, to a quart of trans fluid, and my cars been good as new, not to mention they saved me almost 7 thousand dollars. I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their car here. Theyre just out for the money and not looking out for their customer. We were trading my old car in and we had to wait to do so until we came in town for the Christmas holidays. She was very clear with Art about the fact we did not live here and would not be able to bring my car in until later. They claimed that they had "fixed everything on the Volvo" before she purchased. She even purchased it with a warranty. Immediately upon leaving town when we got the car during the holidays, we noticed that there was an issue with the gas tank. While dispensing gas, the pump will continuously shut off. We thought maybe it was just the gas station we were at. No. This happens at EVERY gas station we go to. If we do not trickle the gas in, it will stop every few seconds. Also on this trip back home, we went to plug in our phones and noticed that not a single outlet in the car worked. We decided to try and take it to a service department back home in Nashville when we were told these issues were NOT covered under warranty and those two issues alone would cost us $600-$800 to fix...EACH. We decided to schedule an appointment for Butler Chevrolet's service department to diagnose it and see what they would quote us to fix the problems since they sold us the car. The 4th of July weekend was the only long weekend we've had time to do so. My grandmother called Tuesday, July 2nd to schedule us a time to bring it in when we were in town. She spoke to a lady that scheduled us for 8 AM on Friday, July 5th. She told us that Brittany in the service department would be our contact when we came in for our appointment. Not a SINGLE mention to us that this dealership wouldn't have the capability to service a Volvo. My husband and I show up at 8 AM. He goes and speaks with Brittany who immediately gives him attitude. She tells him she was not our contact although we were told she was and said "An electrical issue on a Volvo on a Friday?" with attitude and acted annoyed we were even there even though the dealership had scheduled us days prior. Missy in the service department then tells my husband that while they could look at the vehicle there isn't much else that could be done for a Volvo at their dealership. Why would they even schedule us in the first place and have us come in for literally nothing? I would've rather been told ahead of time they wouldn't even be able to help. On top of all of this, we just had to replace every single tire on the car because the car had been sold to us with tires so worn that even 7 months in it was pointless for them to even be rotated. That was almost $1,000. I struggle to believe that these are issues they simply missed. So for Art to have proudly sold this car to her "all fixed up" is ridiculous. We were also told we would be given a list of all the fixes they did prior to sale which we never received. We are about to be over $2,000 in fixes alone to this car and we have barely even had it for 7 months. That coupled with the attitudes we have received is just poor, poor business. We will never be buying from a Butler dealership again.

They are so awesome. I thought I would need to rent a car because I'm an hour away but the service guy (Jamie) had a loaner car reserved for me at no charge. The texting service they use is so seamless. It provides you with answers quickly even if your service person is t available. It is clear and user friendly. It texts you the services and prices of each as numbers. Then you can choose if you want just number one done or one thru four or whatever. The prices were surprising reasonable. I had a long list of things done including new brakes, a/c service and a towing hitch installed. The location is right off the highway. Checkin is easy and so is pickup. They even did a complementary car wash.

They missed a lug nut on my wheels when getting new tires, let me drive around with it, and the owner went straight into defense mode and claimed that it was missing to begin with. He wouldn't refund me for the install cost and was nasty. This place is also unprofessional, they never call you when your vehicle is done despite always asking when I'm there. Additionally, the owner that sits in the back is grumpy and sighed that he had to get up and came to the counter when I was there to pickup my car. He just looked at me and kept eating his lunch when I walked in. This place is not reliable and I wouldn't trust them. The owner has no integrity or honesty.

Don't work on a car if you don't know how to repair that model. But, why let making money get in the way? duh. I later took it to another shop who said I need a new starter.Problem solved. How simple is that? How simple is robbie not catching that a starter needs replacing?It's not rocket science. Simple problem but robbie wasn't smart enough to figure that out. Typical. Took it back to them. I had the starter issue and electrical issue. They charged me cash money for saying they fixed it but didn't. I take it back and good ole robbie says "no." No what? You took cash money from me to fix it and now you think your cheap glass rings that don't even sparkle on your fingers entitles you to tell customers that when they messed customers' cars up to simply go away? Liberace wouldn't do that. I know10k gold when I see it. Not sure if it was that or simply 10k plated. Probably plated. But to parade that around on one's hand like it's a magic wand? Guys, keep your receipts. Use a credit card. Drive the car on the highway, look under the hood the day you get it back. Document it. Take pictures before and after. They are a "likeable" company. By that I mean, when you walk in the door, they either "like" you or they don't. If they don't. You need to leave. LEAVE! Take a gander at the gaudy rings. Maybe he doesn't know how to buy diamonds? Maybe he just doesn't know? Maybe he loves spending money on gumball machines? But wearing two such rings is something that only Liberace would do and people actually liked him. To my knowledge, robbie doesn't have a piano in the office. Liberace had more hair than robbie even if it were kept in a drawer. People take notice and will go somewhere else. The tires come from a central warehouse and are ordered usually on the day you come in. It should be the same price at the next place down the road for tires. If Vineville charges more, you know why--it's the rings. The difference with any place and others is the attitude. Vineville tire, it's not still 1958.

Needed the air pressure in my tires checked, and adjusted. They do it for free, Yay! But, not only do they play musical bays for it (used 3 different ones), the outside parking is really tight (shared with a used car sales place). So, get in early. Then, you get these drivers who can't park. Ugh! But, it's close by to where I live. So, I deal with it.
