This school is a horrible place to send anyone you care about. Chris Cipriano is more worried about…read morepeople referring to him as "Dr. Cip" than he does about the welfare of the students in this school. Scott Bannon is no better he is just a puppet for Chris and does all his dirty work for him. It's unfortunate that a school with this much potential hires teachers who have no business being in a school and has a principal and vice principal who are held to the absolute lowest standards. I don't understand how the Diocese of Bridgeport hasn't removed Chris and Scott from their positions in this school. As a former student at this school, I can honestly say that because of the fact I attended this school I am less equipped for the real world and feel that my family and I have been robbed of our hard earned money and of the education we were promised here. It's unfortunate that a school with a name like "Notre Dame" doesn't live up to the expectations a name like that comes with. With a vice principal who was forced to take an indefinite leave of absence from his previous job under suspicious circumstances, and a principal who cares about nothing but power and his own personal agenda, this school really could do better. To all the parents out there looking at high schools for your children, send them to Saint Joe's, Notre Dame West Haven, Lauralton Hall, Fairfield Prep, or just public school. Honestly, sending them anywhere is better than this school. Unless you want your children to be treated like they're nothing and disrespected in every way possible I urge you to find a better school. Bishop Caggiano, if you're reading this, I beg of you, remove Christopher Cipriano and put in his place someone who truly has the students faith and well-being in mind. I truly hope, for the sake of the students at this school, this does not fall on deaf ears. -Anonymous

The teachers are very attentive, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment where students can thrive. It's a small school, they have limits and a lack of resources like a lack of sports. However, the school truly prioritizes every child's well-being, both academically and emotionally. My kids didn't learn drugs or substances. Never experienced violence. Teachers watched them and intervened for the kinds of provocative situations. We got enough for what we paid for. Overall, it was a good decision for our kids.

I woke up the morning of my exam with a fever and a stomach flu. I did not want to interrupt other test takers with my illness, but was also unable to reschedule due to being so close to my exam time. I called and asked about what I should do, to make myself as little a nuisance as possible, to limit my public embarrassment, and ask if the exam could somehow be paused if I was going to be stuck in the bathroom multiple times for long periods, or even need to change clothes. Their staff were extremely professional about this, and took my issue seriously. Their manager A and staff member F, without me even asking about this, were able to get in contact with the organization I was taking the exam with and petitioned them on my behalf to allow me to reschedule. They are amazing

For the past 3 years being on and off driving lessons, I have nothing but good results from them. Scheduling always been easy for me, NOTE, you'll have a harder time to book an appointment during the Summer months due to students being off, beside the Summer months, it's pretty much straight forward. The cars are up to date, well maintain. Instructors are good, and helpful. If Epic Driving School had a second Bridgeport location, that would be a golden ticket for a lot of people who wants to learn to drive.

Honestly Norwalk Community College is a great school. I have been going here since fall of 2013 and…read moream finishing up my last semester now. There are so many great things to talk about I don't even know where to begin! Affordability: This school is by far the most affordable option out there and you really are getting the bang for your buck they have soooo many programs to choose from. A lot you can't even get anywhere else around Connecticut like restaurant managment for example! They also have a great nursing program that will cost you wayy less to get in than any other school while getting just as good knowledge :) Staff: i have been here since 2013 and probably 98 percent of the teachers have been fantastic. The best part too is that they have numerous teachers for each subject like math or english 101 so if you dont think one is working out for you, you have a lot more option. Credits: All the credits you take here our state schools will except so if you plan to transfer to southern, westconn, eastern, or central after this your covered! Im looking to transfer next semester and my advisors are telling me since I have so many great credits already finished at Ncc it will only take me around another year instead of 2 years to finish :) Campus life: Even though people dont think you really get a college experience at a community college it is really what you make of it honestly you can. We have great clubs like anime club, art club, business club, even things for community service. We also have a great cafeteria with honestly pretty decent food. The school itself is always spotless and beautiful. I have made tons of life long friends here and the great part about community college is most of them live in your area so you can still hang out during things like winter break because they are not going to fly half way across the world. Misconceptions: A lot of students don't want to go to community college because they thing they will be surrounded by older People who they cant relate to or people who did really bad in high school. That is really not true, sure you are going to get a diverse group of people like anywhere else. I can tell you most people here are really motivated and friendly.

My daughter went to this school for a total of 3 years and, over that time, the owner Mr. Michael, made several significant and costly improvements to the school (new age appropriate playgrounds, stone walls, classrooms, etc.) The school itself is a model of diversity and I believe my daughter received an advantage in terms of socialization as a result. The true model of a business is the reproducability and repeatability of their product. I can attest that over the 3 years, not once, did the Laurel School waver in the expert quality of their care or their outward professionalism.
