I was looking to buy one of those portable internet thingamabobbers and the man was really helpful in getting one. He gave his suggestions for the best plan and was pretty genuine about it as well. I got the pamphlet with a list of all the different plans, deals, and providers and ended up choosing a certain one. A few seconds later he pointed me towards another plan that was half off that he forgot to mention, which saved me about 40 dollars. Not too pushy, helpful, and saves me money. What a great guy.

The only reason they have high reviews is that they offer free screen protectors for Google reviews. I had a cracked screen on my Google Pixel 6a and took it in for what I thought would be a fairly straightforward replacement. Alas. My soul proceeded to leave my body over the course of the next FOUR WEEKS as I traipsed back time and time again to try and get the phone working again after the crappiest workmanship possible. The first screen replacement they did broke the proximity sensor - meaning I couldn't use my phone as an actual phone. Then they stuffed up the fingerprint sensor too. They kept saying "oh your phone will be different after a screen replacement" and mansplaining. What a joke. In the end they agreed they stuffed it up and offered me a crappy bright orange replacement phone. I ended up forking out for a new Samsung elsewhere as I didn't trust that the crap replacement would even work. Probably the worst tech / retail experience I've ever had in my life.
