Puppy Dog Nursery

I cannot say enough great things about Puppy Dog Nursery in Grandville! The staff here are…read moreabsolutely amazing. Every single person is knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell they truly care about the puppies and the families that come in. They take the time to answer questions, educate people about the breeds, and make sure every puppy goes to the right home. The facility itself is also incredibly clean and well maintained. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping everything sanitized and comfortable for the puppies. It never feels overwhelming or chaotic -- everything is organized and professional. Most importantly, the puppies are healthy, happy, and very well cared for. You can see that they are socialized, loved, and monitored closely. It's clear that their health and wellbeing are a top priority. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about their animals and provides a great experience for customers, Puppy Dog Nursery is the place to go. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy or just wanting to learn more about different breeds!

False advertising and a disappointing experience…read more We came in as a group interested in meeting and potentially adopting a puppy. We were told that if a puppy was awake, we would be able to play with it. However, when we asked to meet a puppy that was awake, we were told no because that puppy had "played too much today." We then picked another puppy we were interested in meeting and were told no because we were "a big group." What was frustrating was that another family who arrived after us was placed with a puppy to play with because the staff selected that puppy for them. That family did not request that specific puppy, while we were told we could not meet one we were interested in. Our group was a family of four, and the other family had three people, so the reasoning did not make sense. The staff member then asked if we were "really looking to adopt." I said yes, but after this experience I decided I would not be adopting from this location. She explained that we would still have to be approved, which I completely understood and had no issue with. The issue was the inconsistent treatment and the feeling that we were not being given a fair opportunity to meet the puppies. This experience left us feeling like this place is not focused on helping families find and adopt puppiesFollow-up to your response to my review: I want to clarify a few details. The other family did not have an appointment -- they were actually teammates of our daughter from her softball team. We were there separately, and we were interested in meeting a puppy because we were seriously considering adding a new dog to our family. Our goal was to bring home the golden puppy as a playmate and companion for our 1.5-year-old lab. We were not there just to visit or play with puppies; we were genuinely interested in adopting. The frustration came from feeling like we were given different information and treated differently when trying to meet the puppies. We understand that there are adoption procedures and approval requirements, but we would have appreciated clearer communication and the same opportunity to interact with the puppy we were interested in.

Jessicah's French Bulldogs Is the breeder that you want to deal with for a French bulldog puppy…read more Jessicah puts her heart in soul into these puppies. Every single litter is bred with intention to have health, beauty, and well-raised puppies. I have raised Labrador retrievers for over 35 years, and I know what it takes to have quality puppies. When I was looking for a French bulldog I was referred to Jessicah over 7 years ago. Once I spoke with her, and then met her in person, I knew I found my breeder. The dog I purchased from Jessicah has been healthy, well adjusted, and a perfect addition to our family. I don't think anybody knows the time, tears, and effort it takes to raise a healthy well adjusted litter. And then the job of picking the right owners to take on your babies is a monumental feat. In every business, there are those people you should see coming. The ones who don't have good intentions, but fool even the best of us. Unfortunately someone has purchased one of Jessicah's puppies that has ill intent towards her. They have left a review on this site and on many others. Jessicah has had he very best of reviews on all of her social media platforms. I am writing this review to let everyone know that if they are looking for a quality French bulldog puppy, you have found the right place. I don't want one bad apple who likes to write bad reviews on many different things ruin what she has worked so hard to achieve.
