The room I was in was very clean and pleasant with modern decor (room was on the 3rd floor). The hotel common areas were very clean, newly updated and expected of a 4-5 star hotel. Very pleasing to see! The staff was highly attentive, very friendly and accommodating and it shows they are accustomed to having guests from around the world as they all spoke english as well as German. The hotel bar was very comfortable and classy with staff dressed for professional service. They had excellent drinks and their food menu offered a small but very tasty and well executed meal and dessert selection, including a very good schnitzel plate ( the side salad dressing is the best!). The hotel is a short 4 min walk to the Bremen train station, which has a number of shops/food venues and bars, with historic Bremen towne center another 5 min walk away. Our company attends this trade show regularly and I will make it a point to stay here every time. Hotel Bremen is a wonderful place to stay for the cost, even if it was higher!
