During our short stay at St. Francis-Shangri-La Place, which is close to so many shops and eateries, we just had to eat at Wobbly Pan again after our first experience just a couple days before. It is a Spanish Tapas-style little restaurant/café along the St. Francis Way entrance to the fabulous EDSA Shangri-La Mall. Not only are the Spanish-style breakfast choices so very delicious, but also beautifully presented! And the Spanish guitar music, softly piped-in added to the ambiance! The waitress graciously took our recommendations for other Spanish guitarists to play.
The espresso coffees are a definite draw to this restaurant, as well!
We were saddened to hear the news that all the restaurants on that outer side of the mall were scheduled to be closed due to Shangri-La's plan to renovate beginning late April. Hopefully Wobbly Pan will be able to relocate to a nearby location in the meantime. read more
