They completely ruined the night, they where homophobic sexist rude and intimidating towards the organisers, they had a noise control monitor which cut all electrics off which was on so low that the entertainers could not even use the mike, or play music even at medium volume, yet the band downstairs where at least 4 times louder and it didn't effect them !! It cut out so many times that it blew the entertainers amp !!when we asked for help they said it wasn't their problem, and refused to look at the problem.....They closed the bar at 10pm, they said they didn't want the likes of them( drag queens) in the main room as the members would be offended, and slammed the door in the drag queens face !! the steward was offensive swearing at us just saying he wasn't bothered.....totally ruined a night which has took weeks to be perfectly organised....disgusting people with disgusting attitudes !!! I will never step foot in that place as long as I live

And we should expect to pay it. Once over we went to meet friends and have fun no matter how bad the turns. The Bachelors were great and I had a great night. Thank you son for buying me the tickets lol. My husband and I have stopped going on a Thursday because people are complaining and leave after the bingo even the ballroom dancers and the Line dancer. This club is extremely poor in every way, in 2018 they raised the drinks prices three times between…read morejan-aug 2018, they also doubled the concert room prices from £1 to £2 , they mostly put on 50/60s music and the concert chairman bri fleet likes to cater the music to suit is own needs. i wasnt going to go in this night because i wanted to watch the dublin raiders at the malleable club but decided to go to the cons because they have two artists on, ten minutes after arriving i paid my money in but then announced one of the turns wasnt coming, when i asked the concert chairman for my money back i was told to get real. this club was recently in the paper because it refused people a free drink of water but said they would sell them a bottle. there are some nice committee dont get me wrong , but bob gibson,and bri fleet,and farmer john(tommy) are absolute idiots. when they had the bachelors on they were allowed to stand with fire exit doors open smoking, im a non smoker with asthma and shouldnt have to tolerate smoke in a public space. the crisps always taste soft and people go into the bar to buy there drinks because they are always warm in there.
