I had an order delivered the same day that I had a pickup order. When my order was delivered, one of my items had bursted in the box. When I called customer service, they directed me to the store to get a replacement. My order was ready when I went there, so I grabbed my order and was able to get my replacement all at the same time. It was an easy transaction and very close to me, so that was a plus. The (curt) man on the phone seemed to be "put out" by my calling later in the day and when I asked if this is something he could accommodate he tells me "I have flowers..." I should have known...I should have asked for a picture of what he would send. He asked me my price range and I stated "about $65-75." The final tally was $88 - which is fine, if this wasn't the arrangement! I am so very disappointed. I requested a partial refund and this is the response that I got... "Your arrangement has 3 yellow sunflowers , 3 hot pink alstromeria,  5 stems white daisies, and multiple stems of genestra with assorted greens. Your arrangement was 65.00 and delivery and tax totaled the 88.00" This arrangement looks cheap and is certainly NOT colorful and pretty.
