When I called and talked to the people in the office, they acted like you were bothering them, very unfriendly. They were by law suppose to provide me the Closing Paperwork and I didn't get it on time. They were short with me through emails. Smart asses I would say. I was willing to give them a 2nd chance for being late for a scheduled meetings, things happen, but the lead partner was just so rude we were not recoverable. He literally started yelling at me saying this would not work and I was totally blown away. Never had a professional company spoke to me this way. I asked him not to yell at me and he hung up on me. I had reached out to Randy and his firm based on a referral. We booked time for a specific date and time as my calendar is very full and typically I have back to back meetings. Randy no showed for the meeting and did not even reach out. When I reached out he said he was on another call. I get that I am a new potential client but he could have at least notified me he would be late but instead I had to reach out. When he finally called me he was rude and arrogant. He did not feel my business was worth it and told me up front he would not do business with me - he would not do business with me because I asked him why he could not have told me he was late. He then began yelling at me and then just hung up. Is this how people behave - what happen to professionals? I would avoid this firm at all cost. Right now their phone numbers do not work and when you get a vm it is full - even when you tell them its full, they do nothing. If you are going to be late you let your client or potential client know. You apologize and not yell at the client because the client is upset for your behavior.

They charge too many junk fees that other closing companies do not. Terrible communication. Appears…read moreto lack basic logic and thinking skills. Sent a HUD statement with mostly blank lines. I would not use again. Do not recommend! Update: They sent us a closing package in the mail. Despite the realtor and the seller asking them to correct the Home Warranty amount, they still sent documents with the wrong amount. Also, the numbers on the HUD statement did not match the Affidavit of Seller's Net Gains. We're asked to sign an affadavit with contradictory numbers than what's on the HUD. Realtors: Do you want to work hard to bring a deal to the table, only to have these incompetent people sink it? Buyers/Sellers: How can you trust any closing document that comes from them? How can I trust anything they prepare now? Update #2: Stunningly, Michael Standish (the closing agent) admits the HUD statement is wrong. But he tells me to sign the documents anyway. That's right, make sure you understand this: I've been instructed to sign documents verifying the integrity of a HUD statement that they openly admit is wrong (or incomplete). Why does this firm perform closings with incomplete documents? At a minimum, I believe this is a legal ethical violation--and possibly even fraudulent for an attorney's office to induce someone to sign a document that they know is false.
