Marc Hershovitz took my case and pretended to be a great lawyer. He told me stories about other cases that convinced me that he knew what he was talking about. He seemed like an okay guy. That was until he showed up to court completely unprepared and made an idiot of himself before the judge and the other attorneys. This was embarrassing in itself, but it just got worse from there. After Mr. Hershovitz royally messed up our case in court, he tried to convince us that he had done a great job. We waited for the judge to issue a decision - and he decided against us. This came to a shock to us of course because Marc Hershovitz had done a great job of convincing us that he did a great job. It wasn't until we read the judge's decision that we realized that Marc Hershovitz had done a terrible - malpractice suit type of terrible - job with our case. I would STRONGLY suggest that you find a different lawyer based on my experiences. This guy, Marc Hershovitz is an awful lawyer on top of being a terrible person to deal with. He's all nice until he gets you signed up - then all he wants is money and he provides services that I wouldn't have paid a nickel for if I had known how bad of a lawyer he was.
