I needed some work done in my kitchen, and on a fairly strange timeline…read more I had purchased a new faucet for my kitchen sink and after asking friends for advice, the majority suggested that I hire someone suited for the job, rather than trying my hand at the task with the assistance of Youtube Videos. I came across Troy and his business The Right Hammer on Facebook and messaged to see if he'd be willing to take on the task, and on my less than optimal schedule. He responded quickly, and said that not only was he up for the task, but would be willing to work with my schedule and would be happy to come over on a Sunday morning without charging extra for working on a weekend. Upon his prompt arrival, Troy was pleasant and professional. He made short work of the faucet replacement, as well as taking on another task that I threw at him as a curve ball... removing an undersink water heater/dispenser. He didn't bat an eye, and all of the work was completed within an hour. I cannot say enough nice things about Troy and The Right Hammer. I am looking forward to using his services for a wide variety of tasks around my home that I have no clue on how to complete myself!

I am beyond happy that I made this phone call. Kerry answered the phone, he showed up when he said he would. Then he was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and artistic. Turns out, this guy is a true artist with over 20 years of experience doing tile work, some of which has been in magazines. I hired him the same day to work on my bathroom in Leicester NC that had a water leak. He actually stays busy fixing failed/leaking showers from other "craftsman". He was exceptionally easy to work with. Very positive presence to have in my home. My dog & cat loved him. I felt I could fully trust him with artistic design details, as he truly cares about his work, and expects his finished product to be a work of art. He knocked it out of the park in my shower and bathroom floor. This thing might go in a magazine one day but too. After the job was done, he cleaned up after himself without asking, which is always an issue people. He protected my hardwood floors while working. He didn't damage anything. He treated my home like it was his. Moral of the story, this a good human right here! He is an artist that cares about his work and will always do the right thing. If you are able to hire him, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Kerry for an amazing job!

After my insurance claim was denied twice, like most people I was ready to give up. Instead, with Zach's expert coaching, I fought the good fight and didn't give up. He was there for me every step of the way. He knew exactly how to navigate the process, advising me on what to say, do and expect. He fiercely advocated on my behalf until the insurance company finally gave up and approved my claim. Working with insurance companies is truly an endurance test. I ended up getting a brand-new roof at no cost to me through my insurance. Not only did his team knock it out in one day, but they also cleaned up meticulously, not even leaving one nail behind (which is important because I have children). I know none of this would have happened without Zach's persistence, expertise, and genuine commitment to me. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile, Leonic Collective is the company to call. Please, don't even consider calling anyone else. They didn't just replace my roof, they gave me a better quality of life. I'm trying to refinance to lower my monthly costs, and now with my beautiful new roof my appraisal will be SO much better! Thank you for everything Zach! I will emphatically recommend you to everyone I know!
