First of all, it took over two years for Donnelly's to properly complete a simple boiler installation, leaving an unfilled hole in external wall for that period.
Secondly, in December 2020, Donnelly's quoted a 9 day turnaround for a simple part repair (which left two people with respiratory conditions without heating or hot water) at almost double the cost of what was done by another company within 36 hours of initial contact.
Lastly, it came to my attention over three years after the installation that Donnelly's had not registered the boilers 5 year warranty (as promised) and this therefore is no longer valid, which of course is a huge cost risk to the customer.
Donnelly's customer service and standards have been extremely poor throughout and I cannot be clearer when I say that this company is best avoided. read more
