The instructors (from my experience) are safe & able to manage a class of 15+ people at a time. Everyone has their own pole which is nice. There are also a nice variety of different types of classes to join. The owner, Tatjana, is sweet & welcoming. My favorite place to take classes in the Amsterdam area!

The club announcements are in dutch. Even if your dutch is in progress (like mine) it can be unnerving to be left behind in fitness instruction. The equipment is good and the setup is good as well. Be prepared to be in the background of either locational/promotional filming of fitness bloggers, and other events that regularly take place.
