It is nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone in management once you have moved in. I've…read morehad a major noise issue since the day I moved in as they placed me across the hall from a jazz room I was not made aware of during the time of my viewing as they advertise their building to be quiet. I provide a beauty service, and the environment is not conducive for my services. That building is not built to allow live instruments as the walls are paper thin, it is not fair that they would even allow them to move into the suite knowing the businesses surrounding them. The manager nor front desk person are ever there to be able to address the issue in person. After I brought them my concerns they did nothing to ensure the business had to place some type of noise cancellation padding to stop from disturbing everyone else. My clients just lay there having to listen to singing, pianos, drums and whatever else they feel like doing that day, most days I can barely hear the low music I play because I will not sit in an extremely loud room trying to battle against live instruments. Also, the manager is very passive aggressive, I requested to break my lease early due to inconvenience being caused and they denied me the option because I did not raise concern about the noise again which makes no sense because did they require them to fix the issue? No, so how would it be resolved. She was trying to give tours of my suite when I was not present nor did she ask if she allowed to do that. I brought my concerns to her boss who has not followed up with me in 2 weeks since she initially followed up with me about the matter on April 29,2026, it is now 5/13/2026 and I still have not received any type of apology or resolution. I pay my rent on time every month and dont bother anyone so this is such a huge slap in the face and shows there is no professional at the management level at this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

The Yard spaces are fine. Clean, professional. HOWEVER, be aware that as soon as you book once, you…read morewill be bombarded with emails from every single Yard location and there is no way to be removed from their mailing list. Even if you mark the emails as spam, they will still come just from a different address. I just received the same email four times in a matter of 10 minutes.

I worked out of this location for almost two years and have the following comments:…read more 1. This space has a very old heating and cooling system, which existed well before The Yard. They did not upgrade or make any adjustments to this system when they acquired the space and just built around it. As a result, the temperature varies in every private office and conference room, reaching extremes of hot and cold. If you complain, they will provide you with a temporary solution, if that. The only way to fix this is for The Yard to invest in redoing the entire system. 2. More transparency and communication is needed between The Yard and their members. We get frequent emails from them about events and promotions, but not always about building maintenance and other issues that affect our ability to work. This results in frustration and confusion among members, which could have been avoided with a short email. 3. Due to the building's security protocol, you can only take the elevator to the 5th floor (2nd floor of The Yard) if you have a key card. So, guests are supposed to check-in on the 4th floor and then get brought up to the 5th. The problem: the Community Managers are not always at the front desk. More often then not, our guests call us in confusion and we have to go find them. This is especially frustrating when your guest is an important client or investor. The Community Managers are doing their best with what they have, which is little to no support and understanding from senior management. I think that senior management is too focused on expanding to new locations that they are ignoring the cracks at their current ones.
