Called them the very next day and didn't get an answer. And now its been a week and i haven't heard from anyone after leaving several messages in regards to my claim. I have questions and concerns and haven't had them answer. I really feel like they don't care. I have 2 vehicles and my homeowners insurance through Allstate but after this experience I don't know how much longer ill be using them. I absolutely feel forgotten...... Awful. David Lieberman is awful. Allstate is awful…read more Allstate is refusing to replace our roof from a major hail storm. Several of my adjacent neighbors are having their roofs replaced by other insurance companies for the exact same hailstorm, but Allstate refuses. They did offer me $72 (literally, I can show you the check). When David returned my call, he informed me that he does not make the call as to claim approvals. He disowned the process and suggested I get my own public adjuster (at my own cost, I'm sure) to appeal the claim. He made no effort or offer to contact Allstate to advocate for me, his CLIENT. He said that Allstate used to more liberally replace roofs, but because of the high cost, they no longer do. (Apparently, other insurance companies are more realistic and do this, and their agents will go to bat for their clients). David Lieberman refused to do so. He then went into an explanation that Allstate should not replace a roof because a few shingles had damage to them (which he is not qualified to determine at all as he has never seen the roof...he just immediately took Allstate's side on this). He did say that if the roof had blown off our our house, Allstate would likely pay for the roof...literally, he said this. This was the sort of example he could provide. Pathetic, Sadly, Allstate's contracted inspector even agreed with our roof contractor that the roof was fully damaged by the hailstorm, needed to be replaced, and indicated that Allstate was literally "the worst" company to deal with regarding claims (apparently, they never pay up...they only take your premium). The Allstate inspector even found other areas of damage from the hail and suggested including these areas into the damage report. All of this is documented in over 100 pictures of the countless areas of extensive damage to our roof from the hailstorm. I guess it's unfortunate that our roof did not literally blow-off the house, and then maybe we could get a roof replacement (or at least more than a $72 check being mailed to me). I straight up asked David to name me one reason why I should continue with Allstate if they will refuse these claims when other companies acknowledge reality and pay these claims, and he did not provide an answer. David is a shill for Allstate, he did not go to bat for me, and he will not for you. He will greedily take your premium, give you some pre-canned explanation as to why you are not going to get a fair and justifiable claim, and then refuse to advocate for you to Allstate. AVOID DAVID LIEBERMAN. AVOID ALLSTATE. GO WITH AN AGENT WHO WILL ADVOCATE FOR YOU AND AN INSURANCE COMPANY THAT WILL STAND BY YOU WHEN YOU HAVE A CLAIM.

Need to have negative stars. We've been with Heist for 30+ years and I finally tired of the…read moreincompetence, laziness and nastiness of our most recent account manager(AM) I experienced. I stayed because of the past Heist performance but our "new" AM behavior forced me to move ALL of our insurance to Hub. An example of the AM's business-destroying behavior is after I received an email from the insurance company cancelling our policy, I later received an email from the AM with an off-topic heading so rude that I didn't open it. While I knew the policy was to expire soon, there was NO prior contact from our AM, just a rude email after the event. A complete lack of interest in keeping the business. If, for some reason, I continue to be contacted, I will send a letter to the GC at Alera Group, asking for relief. The AM's performance was so bad that I easily matched her best quote by going online myself as a walk-on. We'll never go back. I am SURE we're not the only ones. I just wrote a letter to the AM, copied Heist, documenting these issues, with examples such as a screen shot of the last email. And I just received an email saying my policy is expiring.
