The new flooring on my stairs is already off the day after they removed the tape and said it was good to go. They completely forgot to trim my kitchen. My BRAND NEW sliding door/screen was ruined by this company and they didn't even care! They used spray foam on a part of the flooring they were "fixing" and the foam went up the screen door and attached it. We did get the screen slider broke free but now it does not slide properly and there is no way to get the foam out of the actual screen. This door was less than a year old. Talked to the manager and it was excuse after excuse. They gave a "discount" on our final bill which was a LIE. Simple math tells anyone 6K off 15K does NOT equal 14K. We also had one room not even touched and they still charged for it. The work quality is trash! We had to hire another company to come in and repair at least one thing in every room. Do not waste your time or money on this place if you want it to look good. This is the Fort Wayne IN location. They are posting my location as CA which is weird. Took longer than expected and was never quite sure when they would be here until a call to say they were on the way. They quoted me a great price to do my back splash and flooring so we went ahead do a few extra with our kitchen which is why we ended up paying more. Fine. Except they never came back to do my floor or back splash. I called once and they would get back with me. They called a couple of mornings later to say they were sending out some random guy that we haven't been working with, and on top of that we were all sick with the flu. I wasn't a good day. Asked if they could call me with another day when the guy that was doing our job was available. Didn't hear anything for over a week. I called back got an apology and was told they would look at the schedule and call me back....6+weeks later, nada! They took the money for the granite install and left my kitchen without a back splash and my floor tore up from where my counters were re-positioned. Totally bummed. Apparently they don't need business. I was completely patient and accommodating. Residential customers are shoved behind corporate/builder jobs!

I called 4 different Companies for prices and got a huge range, but more importantly the knowledge, politeness, professionalism of Merz ( Josiah) exceeded all the others, as well as having the best price. They even helped me get water to the house(without heating) for now while I wait to get my finances gathered. I will go to this Company any day of the week over others. Personality goes a very long way and you can tell when people talk down to you or try to get one over on you.
