They did a great job for an incredible price. Their installation team was friendly and competent. I would highly recommend them.

We updated our kitchen and the contractor usually worked with Wise Stone Choice. After our kitchen project was finished, I can see why he prefers them. Robert Garcia was very helpful in letting us walk their inventory of granite to choose what we wanted. Unfortunately we couldn't find any granite that suited our design but saw a nice piece of quartz. It was here that Robert really did his homework. He managed to find us the perfect piece of quartz that fit our design and was able to cut and perform everything we needed. During installation his crew was friendly, fast, and made very little mess. Buyer Beware! God definitely was watching out for us with this next company: Wise Stone Choice. They had good reviews, and their FB states they believe in customer service. I disagree. 1. They NEVER, and I mean NEVER returned calls or emails. 2. I went to the showroom to give the down payment in May. They NEVER even ordered the counter. 3. After another call about the counter being there, they said they would call when it came in for me to examine. They NEVER did. 4. When I went to the showroom to actually see the counter since I had lost all faith in them, they had another person's name on MY slab! 5. I had to continually call to get someone to come and measure, then he didn't even get all the measurements, including the faucet. 6. They never scheduled my install date. I had to go into the showroom for that. 7. When they gave me an install date, it was sent to me via email. (after complaining to them for one.) 8. When I had to go back into the showroom because nobody would call back in regards to the faucet measurements, they told me a different install date. 9. I never yelled at the girl, but did say that nobody has ever called me back or let me know what was going on. In addition I told her I would change any appointments because I wanted the contractors out of my life. 10. They NEVER demonstrated any customer service skills with any apologies or trying to make it right. It seems like it should be basic skills to me since this has all I have ever done. 11. I then received a call from Bryon the manager, saying he didn't want to do business 3 days prior to install. I guess they don't like being called out for their less than acceptable customer service. 12. Of course they still need to reimburse me. On a positive side, I have already talked with another counter business that Country Mill recommended. It will be worth the wait and any extra money for quality service, work and professionalism. read more

Amazing team! Great communication. Clean and quick install. Best customer service I've ever had. Installed kitchen countertops perfectly!There was a manufacturing flaw in our kitchen island. This was not their fault and they did everything to make it right and installed a new island. Because of the trouble they offered to do another counter in my house free of charge.
