Cannot say enough positive about Coulter Drive Optical!! Dr. Tyler Smith was fantastic. The entire…read morestaff has been great with the exception of one of the ladies at the front desk (Laken?). Very unprofessional. 2nd instance I had with her. She was more concerned about her eating habits and what she had for breakfast than paying attention. The service that I had in purchasing glasses and fitting was great!! Highly recommend this place. Try to avoid her at the desk if all possible so it doesn't go against your experience.

D was a very caring man. You can feel his caring when you pray over you before treatment now I have Dr. Jasmin he also is very caring and loving. No one in the office has any respect or knowledge about disabilities or how to professionally care for someone disabled. Don't try and have good insurance and go because they'll bill you wrong anyway. And don't make any plans to be seen before your due date you calculate yourself because scheduling an appointment with them in near impossible. Going to a butcher shop for prenatal care would be safer and more effective

The only reason why I rate Texas tech as a 2 is because lots of wonderful doctors do come out of…read moretech it's just they all leave too! The pediatric department is horrible! I've only met 1 doctor that I absolutely loved and she was the only reason I continued taking my children. Dr Hough, she was amazing, but once she was finished with school she left as did I. It's extremely annoying to have foreign doctors that can't speak clear English, you will see this quite often here. Their bedside manners need much help. I NEVER got my sick child into see the doctor on the same day, hell I was lucky to get them in during the same week! Now for the ob/gyn department. Same story as pediatrics. Lots of wonderful doctors over the years but all leave as soon as they can. Dr Rhoton Dr Solberg Dr Gooch(both of them, Jennifer & Jason) Dr Vas Dr Franken They all gave me quality healthcare but sadly moved and I could no longer see them. The rest of the staff is nothing special. They aren't friendly and seem to hate their job. I can't stand Texas tech school of medicine and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. There are other choices in Amarillo!
