The owner, Elenora, took us in as family from the moment we stepped through the door. She showed us how to make delicious Italian sauces (butter & sage and a cherry tomato sauce). Then she instructed us all in making pasta dough, filling and forming ravioli, and making fettuccine and linguini. We all sat down for one of the best Italian meals we ever had.
