The moment I walked into Rainbow Country Day School, I immediately knew this was the place for them . Within just two weeks, my daughter's speech improved significantly, which was incredible to see. Their attention to detail is amazing, and they consistently keep parents updated through the Brightwheel app, which gives us so much peace of mind. There are always fun, engaging activities, and the kids are learning so much, they even have guest speakers for the kids. They just had some police officers stop by and explain there jobs ! This is definitely not your typical daycare center. The teachers genuinely prioritize the children, and it shows in everything they do. We absolutely love this school and the entire staff!

The teachers truly look out for the children as if they were their own. They know each child by name, interact with them throughout the day, and make an effort to greet them every morning with at least a warm "good morning." What I appreciate most is how understanding and patient the teachers are, especially when a child is having a difficult morning or throwing a tantrum. Instead of getting frustrated, they take the time to comfort them, calm them down, and interact with them until they feel better. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my son is in a place where he is cared for, loved, and treated with patience and kindness. I'm truly grateful to all of the teachers and staff for everything they do for the kids. Wow I cannot believe I haven't reviewed Alexa's!!!!!!! Welp here I go…read more.. My kids attended Alexa Playc at Rady's in Murrieta (Hancock and Los Alamos), and I truly cannot speak highly enough about this preschool. Both of my children absolutely loved it. We would not have kept them there if they hadn't. They woke up talking about their teachers, and when asked who their best friends were, they often named a teacher, even though they had plenty of friends too. That alone says everything. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, every single staff member is warm, welcoming, compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, and deeply connected to the children. You can immediately tell they understand child development and genuinely care. The ratios are small, approximately one teacher to three or four children, and there is always plenty of staff present. You won't hear children crying. You'll hear laughter, learning, and play. Children's emotions are encouraged and met with real connection, kindness, and respect. This is one of the most truly child-centered programs I've ever seen. One of my favorite aspects is the experience and education of the staff, but what truly sets Alexa Playc apart is the observation room. Parents can come in at any time and observe through a one-way mirrored room where you can see and hear your child without the classroom knowing you are there. This provides incredible peace of mind and allows you to witness authentic, loving interactions between teachers and students. I have experienced other home daycares and childcare facilities, and many of them are concerning due to high ratios and limited staffing. At Alexa Playc, children's needs are consistently met. The staff is happy. The children are happy. Everyone is engaged and supported. Even the meals are thoughtful and well planned. The outdoor area is wonderful and filled with toys and opportunities for exploration. Drop-offs are smooth, and if a child does struggle, a teacher is immediately there to comfort and support them, whether that means holding them until they regulate or helping them transition with toys and connection. When my son was 18 months old, I worried about sleep transitions. I watched through the observation room as staff gently patted his back, held him, and even rocked him to sleep during those early weeks. Their care truly goes above and beyond while remaining highly professional. They currently have openings, which is rare since there is typically a waitlist and we waited almost a year. They serve children starting around 18 months through preschool age in a secure facility. If you are looking for a truly child-centered, developmentally informed, and loving preschool, I cannot recommend Alexa Playc enough.

I wasn't planning on leaving a review because I wanted to move on after the experience my son had…read moreat this daycare a couple of years ago. However, I feel other parents deserve to know why we decided to remove him. Our experience was extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, my son was constantly getting injured and one time he had a bump on his head. When I asked the staff about what had happened, no one was able to give me an explanation or seemed to know how the injuries occurred. There was only two teachers for what looked like 20 2-3 year olds. I also had concerns about the communication regarding his meals. The daycare app frequently showed that he had eaten all of his food, yet he was consistently starving when I picked him up. I eventually started packing extra food because he was always so hungry. On one occasion, a staff member told me he hadn't eaten his lunch, even though the app had been marked that he had eaten it, which made me question the accuracy of the information being provided. Another concern was the cameras. They often seemed to be unavailable or not working when I wanted to check in. On one occasion when I was able to access the camera, I saw my son sitting alone in a corner crying, and no one appeared to be comforting or attending to him. As a parent, that was heartbreaking to see. Every parent's experience may be different, but based on what my family went through, I could no longer trust that my son was receiving the care and supervision he deserved. Removing him from this daycare was one of the best decisions we made.

Ms. Carina is very professional, attentive, patient, and caring. I can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in caring for the babies. She is always attentive to my baby's needs and makes sure he feels safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the day. One thing I especially appreciate is how she takes the time to communicate with me. She always explains how my baby's day went, including how he ate, slept, behaved, and anything else I should know. That communication means so much to me as a mom because it gives me peace of mind knowing exactly how my baby is doing while I'm away. She is dependable, kind, positive, and always treats both the babies and parents with warmth and respect. Her patience and loving personality truly make a difference. I feel very comfortable knowing my baby is with someone who genuinely cares about him. Ms. Carina is truly a wonderful addition to the ABC Center. I feel very fortunate that my baby gets to be under her care, and I know she brings something very special to the center. Be aware- THEY DO NOT HAVE WEEKEND OR AFTER HOURS CARE LIKE THEY ADVERTISE. On your tour, note the green snot dripping out of every child's nose. Caretakers do not wipe noses, sanitize hands or sanitize the toys and surfaces in the room. Hand foot and mouth, lice, and respiratory infections are running rampant at this center due to poor sanitation standards. The building has been next to a lake for over twenty years and is likely riddled with mold. However, the holiday decorations seem to be of the most importance. You will often see your child's teacher scraping paint off the windows, rather than engaging with your child. Try and see past the glitz and glamour and watch for signs of neglect. Request without notice to watch your child's potential classroom, or current room, on the video cameras available to the staff only. They charge for Christmas and New Years weeks when they are closed. They close an average two days per month and charge you for them leaving you without care for your child. Other additional charges: Late payment fee, missed punch fee, late pickup fee, staff development days (tuition collected, school closed), activity fees, "donations" that are charged to your account for their tax deductions. Teachers arrive late, do not show up at all, or are called off to condense rooms together to save on payroll. Children are often not with "their" teacher and ratios exceed the legal limits. Employee cards and parent punches are later adjusted by staff to appear within the law. I was late to work a dozen times to work because there was not adequate care at drop off in the mornings. Just an empty room. I requested a credit on my child's account and was screamed at on speaker phone in the office at drop off by the owner Angelina Anton, far from an Angel, "no, and your family is no longer a fit for our center, you need to leave now". That's how they handled opportunities to improve, they remove them. If you're looking for a Christ centered Daycare, this is not it. They play Christian music and lie to your face. These folks are doing dark work. ..they advertise a ratio of 1:4 for toddlers and most days the ratio is 1:12 or more! Twelve toddlers for one person to feed, change diapers, supervise on a playground, and give individual attention to. Most teachers are there because they receive free or discounted care for their own children, who are prioritized whilst paying children are neglected. At both locations my child was neglected for an entire eight hour day, as an infant, and a toddler. No diaper change, no food, no water. The staff, including both Directors and assistant directors take zero accountability for their mistakes, because they don't want to be sued. The first week my infant was at this center, he was not strapped into his high chair and fell down three feet on to his head. I was not called, he was not taken to urgent care for possible brain bleed. Pediatrician confirmed he was injured, school changed their story multiple times to avoid accountability. This place is great if you don't care about your child's well-being. The adults who attended this center as a child twenty years ago, refuse to enroll their own children here. That speaks volumes.
