They did not follow that request and instead charged my credit card $1,157.66, even though I understood my card would only be used if the carrier refused to pay. They did not provide the estimate to the insurance company/adjuster as requested. When I contacted the office to address these issues and request proper documentation/process, the communication was frustrating and the office staff was rude and unhelpful.
