I haven't stopped raving about it since my daughter started a few months ago. Ms. Quynh was incredibly professional and guided me every step of the way through the enrollment process. She was always quick to respond and thorough in her communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The environment felt safe, clean, and welcoming from the very beginning. The cost also felt very reasonable and huge bonus is you work for the state or healthcare as there is a discount (not sure if they are still doing this but I was able to get the discount when my daughter started). One of my favorite features is the app they use to track the children's daily activities. I love being able to see photos and videos of what my daughter is doing throughout the day--it gives me peace of mind and helps me feel connected even when I'm away. The teachers are so warm and attentive. On the rare occasions when my little one is having a tough morning, they were patient, creative, and compassionate in helping her adjust. Knowing she's in such good hands has been a huge relief for me as a parent. Earliest drop off was 7:30am and latest pick-up was 5:30pm. What really sets L'Academy apart--beyond the amazing staff--is their language program. They teach Spanish and Mandarin, which has been a wonderful way for my daughter to learn about different cultures while also stimulating her intellectual growth. In the short time that she was there, 4 months, she learned how to count and say certain animals or objects in Spanish and Mandarin. I can't recommend L'Academy enough to my friends and family. It's truly a gem!

The school was amazing at incorporating the Japanese culture in all the events and in the classroom. My daughter really really really loved her teacher. Her teacher was very kind. It seemed like they had about 4 - 5 events within our 6 month attendance. This allowed us to learn so much about the Japanese culture. I would attend their events again. They ask for parent cooperation. It's not required though. Parents have a say (vote) in a lot of aspects of the school, which is nice. They are a pretty transparent school. It is her first language. She teaches AP French at a local private school and has taught college French. She even has a doctorate degree in bilingual education! Wow! She is such a gem. The class is complete immersion. The kids begin the class sitting in a circle and singing French songs and saying greetings. They do a physical activity after circle time. An example is to search the room for certain colors the teacher asks them to find, Ect. The next part includes a coloring activity. The teacher actually goes through every item they are coloring (a bear, a horse, a flower, a carrot, Ect) and questions them about it in French then has them color it with a certain color. The kids are learning while they color. She also has toy visuals of the items that she is having them color. After that, they take a 15 minute break. Later the teacher reads them a story. I sat in with my daughter one day and my daughter understood everything the teacher said. She answered the questions (in English) and even translated for me. This was the first time I realized that my daughter was really learning French. In the beginning My daughter told me it was too hard and she didn't understand. At this point it's a little too easy for her. Her teacher will be moving her to a more challenging class next month. :) Ps. we have no background in the French language. I still get hello and good bye mixed after 6 months. Yikes! Wish I had a young mind. I hope this review was useful
