We moved to Brookings and had to change carriers because AT&T didn't service our area. We went to the Verizon store and met Kristi in order to have our phones changed over to Verizon. She was very helpful and although one of our personal phones took a lot of effort to get up and running, she went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and had good signal at our residence. She followed through later in the day to check that everything was still working. Highly recommend this business. read more

My girlfriend recently…read morewent to get her computer checked out and they refused to return her, her laptop stating that he needed to work on it and that it was loaded with viruses. He proceeded to charge her $500 to fix it or if she wanted it returned after the 30 minutes of being dropped of it would still be $500. Terrible place that takes advantage of non tech savvy individuals. Beware of being scared and coursed into your laptop being full of viruses. Also do not expect to get your decice back without paying a ridiculous amount of money. I am disappointed in this "place". I can only wonder how many individuals have been taking advantage of in the surprisingly 20+ years they have been open. I recommend anyone looking at this review to do your research, price search around, and take your laptop or any other device to a certified company that are qualified to work on your device full of sensitive personal information. Do Not take it to this dump.

Quick response and fair price for sprinkler repair. Adjusted heads and replace to water valves.read more

I live in Flandreau, home of Doug and Cheryl Austreim, and I've been a loyal customer for 12 years…read moreor so. I was working in my yard, trimming some bushes and pulling weeds when Austreim's truck No. 39 pulled up. I was filling my wheelbarrow from the street, where I had raked my cut branches and leaves, for easy pick up. The truck blocked my back driveway, the driver got out after a couple minutes in the cab, it looked like he was on his phone. He drug his application hose to the north side of my property and started spraying my yard. I had a garden hose out with a tractor sprinkler in the back yard, which I got out of his way. My back yard is pretty big and he got about half way to my house when we passed each other as I was on my way to dump my wheelbarrow of yard waste. Not a peep out of him. As I was in flip flops, shorts and a tank top, I went back to where I was working on the east side of my property, via the west side of my house, so as to avoid walking in the wet grass where he had just sprayed. I could smell the drift of the yard application as there was a light north breeze. He started spraying just a few feet north of where I was working and I tried to get his attention by yelling "HEY" once, then twice, then a third time. He removed an ear bud from one ear and said, "You don't have to yell." I asked him not to spray where I was still working after I responded with I tried to get your attention three times. He said he was just trying to do his job, which I interpreted as, "get out of my way!" He was going to continue to spray my yard where I told him I didn't want him to, when I told him to leave. He was a rude little prick and acted like me working in my own yard was a huge inconvenience to him. He wouldn't leave so I went to get my cell phone in the house and told him I was calling the cops. I called Austreims' Brookings office instead and reported the incident to a woman on the line. I am done with them! Why can't I give zero stars?
