Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
