It has been very helpful for my health. Whenever I am there he does extra service for me with other modalities. He doesn't have to do that but he does. He has also offered me free nutritional advice. And he is a good nutritionist. He has good supplements. I don't see him for chiropractor care as I see someone else for this service. I would recommend him to everyone I come into contact that is interested in his services. He also gives me a free nutritional drink during my time there. From the first appt, to having work done on my teeth, everything was amazing. Dr Ross is the best! All the employees are very personable. We also have a special needs son who is 3 that I asked about bringing there. Even though they were more than willing to see him, they recommended that we try a pediatric dentist. I was amazed that they weren't just trying to get some more bucks from me, but kept our families best interest at the forefront. We will continue going here for years to come!! Oh, and they give you a discount if you pay in full the day of the appt! Love that! Thanks Norwood Dental. We will recommend you to everyone we know:)

A few years back, I had a serious eye infection. When he knew the problem warranted another level of support, he referred me to an ophthalmologist yet continued to support me through the adventure. When the problem persisted, he referred me to another ophthalmologist who he thought could better help me. His concern and guidance to connect with the right professional saved my sight. Dr. Jeff is an amazing partner in fitting me with contacts which provide me with the best correction for my high prescription vision needs. He's also helped me transition into mono-vision which makes life soooo good. If you are seeking a true partner in your eye health... Dr. Jeff Mootz is the provider for you!

I thought Mootz Clinic had integrity. I was wrong…read more My family had been going there for many years and it was generally alright, however I experienced terrible treatment from the doctor after a mistake from their front desk. I asked for an estimate for glasses and made it known (twice) that I didn't wish to order right away as I had to build up funds in my flex spend account. I received a call a week later saying glasses had arrived! I told them I wasn't ready and reminded them hadn't requested any, the desk apologized said "alright". A day later, I received an irate call from Dr. Mootz himself, calling me a liar and accusing me of trying to scam their system. No matter how calmly I tried to explain the situation and his desk's error, he wouldn't hear it. I offered to buy out the frames and lenses once I had the funds, but Mootz demanded it immediately. I asked him if my family's entire business was worth this confusion and he wouldn't respond. I then told him I could no longer bring my family there. Mootz' actions were rude, inflammatory and dishonorable. I've given it much calm thought and can no longer support Mootz clinic. Their lack of customer service and attention to detail is appalling, both from one of the doctors and select staff. I am greatly disappointed to lose this conveniently close relationship. Sometimes we make sacrifices to support local business as it's what keeps the engine of community running. But we can only go so far in support when a business gouges its customer in price (I found the same frames and lenses for $300 less online!) and insults them in action. Shame on you Mootz Clinic. *Addition* Similar practices, such as rude behavior, accusations and untimely errors in delivery and prescription have also lost Mootz the business of an entire industry of over 400 employees here in Le Sueur. A change in service is desperately needed if Mootz wishes to retain their customer base.

Where I see other physicians staring at their patients blankly and rapidly flipping through diagnostic and medication manuals, Dr. Jeff is reciting complex pharmacological terminology and recent breakthroughs in medicine like he just came from a conference on whatever topic you're asking about. I've been seeing him for a good 3-4 years now and every time I do, he has time for me. He treats me like an intelligent peer, never talks down or makes poor assumptions, and is genuinely interested in what I have to say. HIs follow-up is strong and his nursing staff are just as professional and caring. Dr. Jeff's main goal isn't to push unnecessary medications on his patients, it's to find real solutions to their conditions. That seems to be a rare thing nowadays.
