I arrived slightly early to check in and do paperwork for my appointment. The covid protocol at…read morethis office is so heavily in place that it slows down the entire process of getting into the office and I waited in my car for over 45 minutes since even with masks they will not let you into the waiting room. You must call them on the phone for every move you make here. The physicians assistant took my temperature which was high due to sitting outside in 88 degree weather and then acted afraid of me when she needed to scan my forehead again which was a normal temperature after being allowed to be in a cooled office. They require you to immediately sign a hold harmless waiver to see anyone there so that if you contract covid they will not be liable for your death. The PA who did the blood draw stabbed me pretty good deep in my nerve while the needle was still in my arm, had me hold my own blood with needle still in my arm while she got vials out of the cabinet and also made comments that were insensitive and victim blamed me for my own past lack of medical care. The main doctor seemed nice enough. He did not introduce the med student that trailed him into the office which I found slightly rude. Being quite honest I feel as though if I didn't have an idea of what I needed to be tested for I would have left the appointment with absolutely nothing being done. I will update this review after a second appointment but as it stands today I am not impressed. Updated 7/21 The second appointment was canceled indefinitely. After trying to ask the receptionist who called me to confirm approximately how long the follow up could take because of a childcare issue I had, she told me to "calm down"as patronizingly as she could. My voice was completely calm but I could have been speaking quickly. Perhaps you meant slow down, as that statement would have been FAR LESS RUDE. I asked the question simply because of them not letting multiple people in the waiting room due to their own covid protocols I had previously mentioned and not wanting to potentially expose my child to Corona. No one going through health issues deserves to be belittled or uncomfortable in their medical journey especially when trying to ask a question for the safety of themselves or their family. When I asked for my records to be mailed she then quoted a completely wrong address which has never been on file just to be difficult. Most unprofessional staff I've encountered in my life. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A PLACE THAT PROVIDES COMPASSIONATE CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM MISS THIS PLACE.

Run for the hills…read more This is one of the worst physician offices I have ever used. They submitted my one and only visit to their billing office WITHOUT filing with my insurance. They never apologized. They haven't lifted a single finger to get this situation resolved. Their billing office is trying to bill me $678 and I have FULL coverage insurance that haven't heard a word about this video visit. They have all of my information including g my insurance. When I decide I won't see this Dr again, they are now refusing to provide me with my prescriptions and orders the Dr provided to me the day of my visit. I have filed a formal complaint the Medical Board. Now this office is refusing to respond or return any of mine or my I sit ace calls and emails. RUN. I'm telling you, it's not worth it

This was a zero star experience regarding Dr. ZaZa. I found communication from his office…read moreincomplete and the resulting confusion ended up with my having to reschedule the procedure. After the procedure I found that his office had rescheduled the procedure out of my network costing me much more than if I had been able to have the procedure as originally scheduled. After I received a handwritten bill, I called the phone number on the paperwork. The call went directly to Dr. Zaza. He apparently does not have an established office or office staff except for his sister, who does his scheduling. I expressed my issue with the communication that I received from his office and the fact that he scheduled me at a facility out of network.He became immediately hostile, raised his voice, talked over me and tried to bully me into silence. Basically he told me to stop complaining, pay the bill or he would send me to collections. Additionally, while he did diagnose the issue, he was unable to treat it effectively. His behavior has made it impossible to continue treatment with him and I now have to start all over. Yes you can schedule quickly with this doctor but there is a reason for that...BEWARE!!!
