We were convinced we needed to hire a premium housekeeper at a rate of 13.75/hr as opposed to the basic rate of 10.00/hr, which we gladly did. The service was nowhere near this - we had to send on a weekly basis photos of things that went wrong - drycleaning put in the washing machine, empty rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms, etc. After raising issue after issue we were simply told our cleaner would not be returning and that they didn't have anyone else for us. Overall it was a let down.

The day i moved in he gave a reasonable but haggleable quote and there he was working away the weekend before i moved in. He did a beautiful job and the flat looks like new. He went in, took the key from the porter and finished the job. He even went out of his way to get me a new light fixing. It was a really pleasant trustworthy experience employing him. If you're in need of a decorator and you don't have the time and/or the skill to do it this is the man. As far as I know he covers all of North London as my flat is in Holloway.

Always with a smile, always with a view to actually helping you. The people are knowledgeable and will even point you toward cheaper alternatives that will do the job you have in hand just as well as the product you initially came in for. Therein lies the best part of interacting with the staff here: they want to understand the job you are doing first, and then they will sort you out with the right product. I've bought a range of fence panels, treated wood for external construction, screws and bolts of different types and even had these delivered to my home address. Great quality and service from my arrival to product delivery. I happily travel that little extra distance to go here and get my stuff.

We used them to move us from one flat to another within London and what we really enjoyed was the great & reasonably priced service. The scheduling of the move was fairly easy and I was on the phone with the business owner a few times, just to make sure everything would go smoothly. Being lazy, we ordered the Platinum package, which includes packing up our stuff, moving it to the new flat and putting the boxes in the appropriate rooms. On the day of the move, the movers themselves worked swiftly and communicated well with me. This was by far the most stress-free move I've done and I can highly recommend this service.

These guys packed up my whole house into boxes, carried everything into the van, had minimal tea breaks (although I did try to ply them with as much as I possibly could, I truly believe a tead-up labourer is a happy labourer, a mantra I lived by for 3 years when I was labouring...remember that people!), they broke not a thing and were beyond courteous. We were moving when my girlfriend was 9 months pregnant and when they saw this, they even offered to come back a few days later to the new house and move a few pieces of furniture when we knew where we wanted things to go, at no extra charge. Seriously, Dan, you are running a five star outfit here and cannot thank Uli enough for recommending you to us. Oh, and of course they come back for the boxes a few days/weeks later when unpacked. Without a doubt, the best chunk of money i have ever spent.
