A Different orthopedic clinic gave injections (which helped some with stability - but still Plenty of pain!). One surgeon (Bozeman, MT) literally told me to Lace. My. Shoes. Differently! Another surgeon (all the way to Seattle, WA) gave me an over the counter metatarsel pad (which didn't help at All). Dr Ray actually HELPED me!! He put a couple of plates & screws in, repairing the 2nd & 3rd metatarsals; and also rebuilt some ligaments. He commented that normally when he does that surgery, he has to scrape cartilage; but I saved him the effort. There was none. No wonder I was in so much pain! Recovery is slow (typical for me), but progressing nicely! That pain in the middle of my foot is Gone!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, DR. RAY!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was having mobility problems in one hip that made me limp. I started pt at Frontier and within…read moreabout a week needed to use a cane and had less mobility and more pain than before. They did not seem to understand I needed mobility and not strength work despite expressing my concerns. When I finally stopped going after 1 month, my pain level was extreme and I could barely walk even with a cane. I was then referred to a surgeon. Instead I have been doing pilates and massage therepy and am almost back to where I was before physical therapy. Do not go there! If I knew how to sue them, I would.
