Terrible service. Broke out two fillings while being cleaned. Also hurt my wife with improper injection......

I received my full set of implants from winterhollar dentistry. i have no complaints about that everything went wonderfully! My problem is what happened after. I had a schedule to get my bottom teeth cleaned. We had a family emergency in Spokane so I called at least 4 days ahead of time to reschedule. I was given an appointment 6 months out. I understand dentists are busy but the problem with this is my daughter got at the least 4 phone calls asking her if she wanted to schedule a 10 a.m. appointment, the same time slot as me. Not once did I get a call asking if I would like a sooner date. All I can take from this is after spending 24,000.00 there I was treated as a first time patient that was a no call no show instead of an established patient just having to reschedule. I have heard the front staff belittle patients for calling and asking directions to their office, calling and saying they're going to be late because it's a blizzard outside I was even treated rudely once when it was an hour past my appointment time and I asked if they forgot about me I was told to sit down they're busy and they'll get to me when they get to me. So yes today was my appointment with them for my cleaning I totally forgot about it being 6 months out and being insulted with the way I was treated I made an appointment with another dentist. My reviews about Winterhollar are mixed. I love Dr. Will (he went out of his way to help me). But I'm under the impression that if you don't fit in with the front desks click then you're not welcome to come there. read more

so I came in for a cleaning appointment it went well staff is nice. they do x rays and a cleaning. I get a consultation for more work they want me to do with them. I check out ask if I owe anything else before I leave they tell me no. then proceed to schedule appointments for me without my knowledge when I decline to confirm they call send texts. I get a bill in the mail today from over a year ago since I went in 12/2022. Now I'll never go back. why didn't they say I owed this when I left. read more

I am an established patient at Winterhollar Dentistry. They had fixed a filling in my tooth that had cracked from poor fillings from a previous dentist. Last Tuesday, I was flossing and half my tooth came off with immediate and horrible pain. I called that evening and the office was closed so I left a message. I called them again the next morning and spoke with their receptionist, requesting an emergency appointment for my broken tooth. Their response was that they had an opening the following Tuesday. For a company that their whole website advertises emergency services, a week later is not emergency service. read more

Great service amazing staff. Been going here for years and looking forward to going there for the next years to come.

My husband and I came to town to visit family, and while we were there, I had a dental emergency. Dr. Winterholler was kind enough to treat me on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. He was kind, compassionate and knowledgable, and most important, he was able to fix my emergency! I would recommend Dr. Winterholler to anyone in the Billings or Laurel area. read more

"Dr. Will" William Winterhollar is the most unprofessional dentist I've ever been to. The first dentist to see me (Chet) and I discussed what I wanted and came up with a plan. I made the next appt and showed up thinking I'd be getting my fillings, no i find out I am just taking a mold of my mouth. Not a big deal, but when making the appointment I was under the impression it was for the fillings needed on two teeth. I then make the next appointment for the actual fillings. I showed up and William Winterhollar walked in not Chet. We got started and in just a few minutes he started discussing with his tech another patient by name and also talking to me about his procedures and how "stupid" he is because he couldnt make it in for his appointments because of the snow, totally violating HIPAA. He was rough, never once checking to see how's I was doing or if I need any numbing etc. long story short he didn't match the color correctly and with the them being my front teeth, that's kind of a big deal! I had to come back in for another hour consultation appointment, we all agreed the color was off and he needed to fix it so we made another appointment to do so but it wouldn't be for another few weeks. Finally I showed up to the last appointment he colored them, but yet again not matching and in actuality making them look worse. He told me to give it a couple days and the color will look nice. I tried to like it but a week or so later I called back to see what we could do because Will told me that's the best he can do and he can't fix them perfectly. Problem is I've had my teeth done like this for 20 years and they looked great and the color was always matched to my liking. I was told to discuss issues with the office manager Jason. I talked to him he basically told me tough luck, it is what it is. Absolute worst office I've ever used! read more
