I went to Moritz Dental and was terrified. I didn't like my smile and me teeth needed some work. I walked in and was instantly greeted with friendly faces and my appointment was right on time. I wasn't sitting and waiting forever. They got me right in and started the process of how to make my smile what I wanted it to be. Dr. Moritz and his staff made me comfortable and walked me through everything. There wasn't any pressure or making me feel guilty for not seeing a dentist in a couple of years. Him and his staff were compassionate about what my individual needs were and we came up with a dental plan that worked for me and with my insurance. Yes Dr. Greg Moritz did a wonderful job on my teeth fixing a problem that my dog had butted me in the mouth for and while he was working on my front teeth he discovered that I had a horrible open bike that I had had all my life and he was the first dentist they came up with a non-surgical non-orthographic in much less expensive way to fix my open bite with crowns on all my bottom teeth and since he fixed all this I've been able to cut into food bite in the food or whatever you wanna call it with my incisors and shoot properly with my molars for the first time in my life and I am 59 years old as far as I'm concerned this is Dr. Greg Moritz is an amazing dentist. I drove 500 miles one way from Spokane, to his office because I trust his skills. read more

Can't even schedule an appointment correctly and no follow up. I called Moritz to schedule an appointment and they booked me for 1pm on a Monday. I drove across town for my appointment only to find they are closed on Monday... so I called back Tuesday and nobody answers, I called several times and even left messages. They never called me back about the original appointment or to return my voicemails. These people obviously are incompetent, good thing there are many other in-network dentists nearby who can figure out basic scheduling and callbacks. Stay far away- if they can't even manage appointments then imagine what they will do to your teeth! read more

I had some serious work needed on my teeth or get dentures, and I wasn't ready for dentures. I went to several dentists in Billings, and they wanted tens of thousands of dollars. I went to Greg Moritz, and he did it for a fraction of that amount, did a great job, and got right on it. I didn't have to wait for weeks for the work to be done.
