The classes are flexible for his age group and we can go every weekday around the same time, which is great for us and our difficult schedules. Pricing is reasonable, and Sensei GP and Sensei Shani who lead his classes are great teachers. My son is disappointed whenever I pick him up from school and we are not going to karate that day, it is almost always a highlight for him. Recently, my son was having a bad day and was upset about everything from the clothes he was wearing to the weather, and when we got to karate, he didn't want to participate (the first time this has ever happened) and all of the senseis in the dojo came up to him to check on him, and to help me try to get him to participate. Eventually, Sensei Shanny was able to get him to do a few of the drills, something I'd been trying to do since we got there. The whole team is very patient, firm, and really care about the kids.

The entire workout is fast-paced and tends to fly by because of the fun and friendly environment. The environment is great. If you are looking for a respectful, family like atmosphere where the coaches and students are passionate about life and their craft, you found it. I really enjoy the instructional format they follow. It allows rapid absorption of technique with good levels of retention. The techniques shown are solid and show the evolution from traditional to modern application. Although this is not a traditional martial arts school, the tenants of honor, respect, and brotherhood have been well preserved. They have cardio and weight equipment and a boxing ring as well. There is a personal trainer named Brandon on site who is knowledgeable in nutrition, fitness training, and supplementation. As this is a complete gym it could replace your gym membership. My oldest has been enjoying coming to class and being around kids his own age. He told me today that watching sparing is one of his favorite things so far. My only critique would be to see a bit more split for the smaller kids to the big kids early on. With the ability to catch on faster, the older kids (pre teens and up) would benefit from being split into a group by themselves so that they can be taught and move a bit faster. On occasion, the younger kids both have trouble following through with their skills, and it causes class to move slower for the older students. I look forward to seeing my almost teenager continue to grow and progress with this program.
