He called back within 4 hours and we set up an appoint for an appraisal. Eric gave us the bid for the trim and after close evaluation on the stucco, we realized the whole house needed painting. Eric is a one man band, but finished our entire home (including stucco repair) in one week. He does get back to all phone calls promptly. We have critical eyes, so we mentioned a couple things to Eric that we noticed and he smiled and said "no problem" . Pleasant response rather than hostile response like you get from so many other repair companies. Eric introduced us to Rooda Paint Company. This paint; is specifically designed for our area. Blake handled the painting, and his attention to detail really stood out. He did an excellent job, and the finished result looks amazing. I've included before-and-after photos to show the difference. Huge thanks to Jeff and his crew, as well as Hanna at Sherwin Williams, for such a great experience. I highly recommend them!

We had a few hiccups at the beginning due to the uncertainty presented by the stay-at-home orders for Covid 19. Once the parameters were made clear, the job began with crews working on our structures daily (with occasional rain delays.) The entire crew was courteous, thorough and did an excellent job painting all the homes. We had an outside contractor monitor their work who underscored the professional job they did. The outside paint work did not impact residents with respiratory issues as they used high quality low VOC Miller paint. As the HOA President, I was in almost daily contact with the onsite coordinator, Josh Macey and would like to commend on his excellent communication skills and responsiveness. In addition, he posted video logs of daily progress. It's particularly helpful to have good communication for a project that impacts residents for many weeks. Thank you Brotherhood Painting! PS Note: The one issue we had was the trampling of some plants. In order to prevent overspray, vegetation was covered with cloth. Some ground cover was flattened and the occasional branch was broken. We can report that most of the plants recovered and we all appreciated that the plant issue is part of the process.

He is a good communicator and seemed to be on the same page as me throughout the process, so there was no awkwardness regarding conversation and expectations. He has integrity and made sure all the details were addressed. I like the edges to be precise and clean, he does that. I have had other contractors that missed the mark, and it did cost me more time and money. So we have been incredibly happy with Michael, we will refer him and use him again when necessary, because we are now investing in additional properties that need attention. For me, the timing, financial aspect of our projects, the quality of work and ethics are important. Michael's work is stellar at every facet. I can't recommend him high enough.
