Once she left, it all went down hill, and I left them first. Everyone says the same thing, they have the worst customer service and it's a dump. Plus it costs more than most agencies??? Both of my friends left them as well for the same reasons. I love referring good services for businesses and dislike very much finding out I was wrong. There are thousands of great insurance agencies on Long Island, this one is the absolute worst. The building was ok but you could tell it needed much work. Back then I dealt with Christine, she was the first Insurance Agent I ever talked to. She explained everything to me, then 17, about the penalty of bad driving. After years of dealing with them at that location they moved to this, the location they are currently at. What a beautiful, clean, well operated Agency. When I first came here I dealt with Terry. What a incredible woman. She helped me out in so many ways.
