Cathy works with you over 6/7 sessions. That way she doesn't help with hypnosis but other ways to deal with head hunger in a knew way. It took me about a year to lose 100lbs and still going. I've been able to call or text and even video call with her. It's been so nice. I was diagnosed in July with a Very large Pituitary tumor in my lower Brain. I was very nervous and even scared about the surgery and recovery. I had seen that Cathy had helped other people with their surgery. So, when I called her she was very concerned and ready to help me as much as my team of doctors. When I had called it was during COVID and I had a session over video chat. She sent me special plan that we had talked about through email to listen to and mailed me papers to help during my surgery with positive feedback. At this time I had loss almost all my vision. I could not walk, drive or even get up with out help from my twin boys that were home from college. With Cathy's help and my team of doctors who were more then willing to have her on board with my removal. I woke up in the recovery room able to see again! There's a lot of misinformation on what hypnosis is / isn't, so she is very clear from the initial consultation to break down barriers of what hypnosis is. I've been recommending Kelei and her technique to anyone who will listen! She was extremely quick in uncovering connections and getting to the root problem. The thing about traditional therapy is it may take several weeks to get to the root problem. With hypnotherapy, it's about rewiring your thinking pathways so I was doing loads better after one session, so my second session was icing on the cake.
