I have known people that had tried hypnosis and had great experience and lost weight. So I researched Cathy's practice and loved her approach. She doesn't leave u after just 1 sessions. Cathy works with you over 6/7 sessions. That way she doesn't help with hypnosis but other ways to deal with head hunger in a knew way. It took me about a year to lose 100lbs and still going. I've been able to call or text and even video call with her. It's been so nice. I was diagnosed in July with a Very large Pituitary tumor in my lower Brain. I was very nervous and even scared about the surgery and recovery. I had seen that Cathy had helped other people with their surgery. So, when I called her she was very concerned and ready to help me as much as my team of doctors. When I had called it was during COVID and I had a session over video chat. She sent me special plan that we had talked about through email to listen to and mailed me papers to help during my surgery with positive feedback. At this time I had loss almost all my vision. I could not walk, drive or even get up with out help from my twin boys that were home from college.
