I received a call about genetic counseling and the VM said they were calling from Finley Hospital. I go online to get the phone number and see it is actually now called UnityPoint Health. I call the number, they answer the phone, "Finley Hospital" I asked for genetic counseling and am told they don't offer that service. I said that the person who left the message said they were from Finley. I asked about the Wendt Cancer Center attached to them and she says, "Oh, yeah!" and transfers me back in to the main phone chain. I had to start all over. Maybe a fact sheet would help to allow you to be able to give correct info to callers. Thank you!

I was in the emergency room this week cared for by Dr. Lucas and nurse Elizabeth (Liz) . I was cared for right away and made comfortable. We all know it can be very crowded and long waits at emergency rooms but it's just never seems to be a bad experience a Finley. They watch the waiting room very carefully understanding who is in the room and who needs what and that they are safe. Thank you Dr. Lucas and nurse Liz!

I went to Mayo in Rochester after this to seek help with the butcher job valencia did because he did not want to deal with the results of the mutilation he did . He actually wanted to cut on me more and remove my teeth. He forced me to go back to work on codeine until what is left of my tongue had swollen so badly from trying to talk that he had to excuse me from work again. When I was I was told that the sore on my tongue was not cancer. The two top ENT specialist for Mayo told me they did not want to touch my mutilated tongue in fear that they would only make it worse. They did their best to tow the Mayo company line but their body language gave them away. When I asked them why I was not referred to them instead of being mutilated by valencia they could not even give me an answer. Each and every time I try to talk and swallow I regret ever trusting valencia because of the pain. Cutting makes them more money than curing . It is pure greed at Mayo and that is how they get the money to keep expanding. They have the best lobbyists in the medical field so no lawyer will even take a case against these butchers. Ever wonder how and why a person could become so crazed that they ram into their building with a vehicle? I can see why . White collar crime. Oh, by the way . After valencia mutilated me he blamed the botched operation on my teeth. How do these people live with themselves.

He required me to drive over an hour to do a urine test and make an appointment to do it with a nurse within 24 hours. I said enough is enough. there are better choices out there for a good PCP.

At no point during the initial visit was I told this could be a possibility. I was told to pay the amount, and reschedule. When I asked if the amount in the bill would be refunded or applied to the next appointment, because they were asking for me to pay for a service they could do and then said they couldn't do, I was told that wasn't an option and the amount would go to collections if I didn't pay. I was extorted by this hospital. I do not trust this hospital's fiduciary or ethical requirements

I wanted my order sent…read moreto a gi surgical outfit to save money. they told me I could not have my order....... i went ahead with things reluctantly. well the day of. they missed my vein with an iv. first time that has ever happened. they are right on the surface. but that would be fine the nurse was very kind. but what came next.... I had my colonoscopy and apparently I was waking up because they didn't use the right anthesia or dose... rather then solving this they ended my procedure before they even looked in the upper gi. mind you my pain and bleeding is likely from there. they say all this on the write up and tell me to wait 10 years for another. meanwhile I'm in daily pain and bleeding. I'm pretty tempted to sue for medical malpractice.

Very rude! Most Goodwills do accept returns up to a week later for any reason - unless it specifically marked "no returns". They want you to donate to them and then they treat you like dirt for something that was not your fault. Also their "sales" are the worst I have seen at Goodwill.
