The staff here is horrible. I was here once and they rang one of my items at the wrong price and…read morethen when I pointed it out to them they told me they do not take returns - even tho I had just bought the item only a minute ago and was only asking for the difference in the money they over-charged me. Very rude! Most Goodwills do accept returns up to a week later for any reason - unless it specifically marked "no returns". They want you to donate to them and then they treat you like dirt for something that was not your fault. Also their "sales" are the worst I have seen at Goodwill.

There was one review that was very hard on the Raptor Resource Project who utilizes volunteers (read unpaid people) to assist in their efforts to document and share the beauty and nature of raptors. Unlike the former reviewer who is very spoiled and only thinking of himself - yes it was a male who was mad at a non-profit who wouldn't do what he wants, I appreciate all the work of this organization. If you don't like the organization, then volunteer and help them rather than complaining. But then we have become a land of complainers, always wanting what we want first. (Anyway, I'm done venting on Dennis S. a very spoiled human. I feel for his mother.) Enjoy the web cams of the raptors, and thank you to explore.org who let RRP use their site to display the life of raptors 24/7. Remember non-profits only exist due to donations, and they can only do so much with variable amounts they receive.

I received a call about genetic counseling and the VM said they were calling from Finley Hospital. I go online to get the phone number and see it is actually now called UnityPoint Health. I call the number, they answer the phone, "Finley Hospital" I asked for genetic counseling and am told they don't offer that service. I said that the person who left the message said they were from Finley. I asked about the Wendt Cancer Center attached to them and she says, "Oh, yeah!" and transfers me back in to the main phone chain. I had to start all over. Maybe a fact sheet would help to allow you to be able to give correct info to callers. Thank you!

Being cared for at Finley is the next level of excellence. Everything from cleanliness, bedside…read moremanner and patient first !!! I was in the emergency room this week cared for by Dr. Lucas and nurse Elizabeth (Liz) . I was cared for right away and made comfortable. We all know it can be very crowded and long waits at emergency rooms but it's just never seems to be a bad experience a Finley. They watch the waiting room very carefully understanding who is in the room and who needs what and that they are safe. Thank you Dr. Lucas and nurse Liz!
