I have struggled with migraines and occasional spasms for as long as I can remember. A teacher recommended Dr. Gamm at Natural Spine when I told her about my struggles, and although I was nervous at first, making an appointment has become possibly one of the best decisions I've made for my health. I still have headaches, but they're not nearly as severe as they used to be. It seems unbelievable to think back to just a few weeks ago when I dealt with migraines from when I woke up to when I went to sleep-even to the point where I was so light-headed that I felt like I would faint-and that a single appointment could open my eyes to a world without nearly as much pain. My only regret is that I didn't go earlier. read more

My husband died several years ago and I've held the trauma for 17 years. I never realized my body carried trauma until Dr Gamm explained it and he could help release it. During my session with Dr Gamm he asked twice if I was ready to release it and twice I said NO. The trauma had so much power over me. Once I finally said "Yes I'm ready." After many tears and kind & caring words from Dr Gamm...it was an instant release and it's AMAZING how much better I and my body feels now. Kim K read more

Over the past three years, I have been seen by a number of health professionals for my health concern, all of which have given me insight to my condition and ways to cope. However, Dr Gamm has been the first to look into the actual bone structure of my neck and how it may be affecting me. The x-ray was like a lightbulb went on! I appreciate his true concern for my health and desire to see me live my best life. read more

I have been a practicing student and teacher of yoga for 21 years. I am an almost daily meditator. I eat pretty well and stay active. I did all of the things I thought helped me feel my best. I have also been to chiropractors for 32 years receiving temporary relief from chronic pain. I was resigned to the "fact" this is how life is supposed to feel. After 5 months with Dr. Gamm I am feeling real sustainable relief. I have learned techniques and been introduced to tools that I use at home to continue the work being done during my adjustments. I feel physically incredible but that isn't all that has happened during my time at The Natural Spine. I no longer feel the need to take medication. I am sleeping better and find I have more energy throughout the day. I am even finding myself clearer about what I truly desire in life. Dr. Gamm has not only been a game changer but a life changer for me. read more
