Now giving 10% off. What a slap in the face is that to all of their customers - many in the neighborhood, who have patronized this store forever. Winn Dixie is my go to grocery store. Ever since moving down here it has saved me so much money! The rewards really pay off! If you know what a Kroger is this place is sorta like that but it saves you way more money than Kroger ever did! I'm so happy they finally put in self checkout because before it would take forever to check out but now it's easier than ever! I love shopping around with a beer that I only paid $2 for (that makes your trip worth it) Forget Starbucks when you can have beer or a glass of wine while you shop! I also really like their brand of groceries it saves me a lot of money and it doesn't taste that different! I never run into any sketchy produce or meats which is also a plus in my trip! read more

From the stockers to the Store Manager these are some of the friendliest and helpful people! Ive been shopping here since 2006 and I know that I can usually find what iI need or someone is willing to walk me right to it!' The Women's Restroom is always clean and well stocked! Kayla the Deli Mgr is always smiling and genuinely happy to help her customers. I've watched her training newbies and she's the reason those folks know what they're doing!! Bill in Seafood is another smiling helpful person! The Produce is rotated enough do that I can always get the freshest foods. Self Checkout is mostly my choice snd if I get something questionable, the Cashier at that post gets it done for me! All I can add is "Ivan, you have an A+ crew at this Store~too many to name each here! I'm sorry that I am moving away and hope I find a Winn-Dixie like yours! read more

I haven't been back since they did the remodel and it does look a lot better. It's cleaner and brighter. Kinda looks like the one on Baymeadows & 295. Love that they have a few tables to sit and eat. However they do need to work on efficiency and customer service. I was at the deli wanting a hoagie, (yes, a hoagie. Philly girl here lol) and it's not like there were busy. I was only the 3rd person there and no one asked if I needed help. I had to flag someone down. Upon ordering they had to look for stuff and took about 5mins to make it. One thing that I do like about Winn Dixie is that they have the bread from Cheesecake Factory and that they have a lot of bogo's on meat compared to Publix. But as for customer service, they really need to work on that. read more

I want to send a positive review for their employee, Jaden. He works on the register and has rung me up a few times - he is ALWAYS extremely polite, sweet and kind. I come in doing the errands on my list, but I leave with groceries I needed and a big smile after Jaden helps me at the register. Don't lose him! :) read more

Watch the short white girl at the customer service dealing lotto tickets. Shes a scammer i didn't realize til i got home she only gave me 4 instead of 5. So i payed $50 for 4 tickets. Yea she knows who she is readin this. She talks to you and try to distract you. Asks do you only want one??? Somepeople like cash. This store is okay. I really wish I could say better things or even give it additional stars. The last two times I came into the store I left without purchasing anything as I felt that their advertisement(s) did not really fit my needs after viewing their ad and the most recent time, on 7/22/18, I left as the deli counter clerk gave me an order with an incorrect price. She would not honor the price on the tag as it was a dollar less than on the label. She made no effort to honor the tag price or call a manager over to have the price adjusted. I come from the retail school of thought that if a price is lower than what is rung up, just go with the lower price. I might check the store out again at some point, but I will shop elsewhere for a while. The store is kept clean and tidy even with a store renovation. The cashiers have been nice the other times I have been into the store. If you check it out, I hope you have a good shopping experience! read more

I guess I know why I come here, it's closest to my house, hence the second star. But when will I learn that driving an extra mile is much better than being disappointed with pretty much everything about this store, (for a decade probably) and leaving stressed out, feeling like I got got a bad deal, not to mention consistently bad produce. read more

Bargin hunting for groceries is usually successful at Winn Dixie. They usually have a ton of Buy one Get One Free Deals! They have a new program called Prices Going Down, Staying Down, its a nice bonus saving a couple extra bucks when you find these deals on essential items. My favorite aspect of Winn Dixie is the partnership with Shell Gas stations, where if you spend a certain amount or buy certain items, they give you a discount on gas. I use this program as much as I can and it usually nets me a tank or two of free fuel per month. That is equal to savings worth chasing after. It really adds up to a tremendous value if you play the game right. The lack of 5 stars is from the customer service they provide, the lines at checkout are usually long and cumbersome. The cashiers are frequently on the rude side, although I have met a bunch of super nice ones too. They could really step up training on the cleaning crew. I shop here daily and have yet to see the place sparking clean and perfectly organized like the competition does. I will keep shopping here as long as the bargains are plentiful. read more
