John and his team were at my door at 8am the next morning. Even though he'd brought along a replacement pump, once he pulled mine out of the well, he realized that it was just the wiring, not the pump that was the problem, so fixed the wiring instead of replacing the pump, saving me a ton of money. He also cleared the pipes in my laundry room and gave my washer a thorough cleaning out and tightened all the screws and bolts. There were no extra charges for calling on Christmas, the service was lightening fast and super friendly and I will never use another plumber. On another occasion, Kahle Plumbing replaced my oil monitor with a gas monitor and replaced all the pipes to connect the new heater to the propane tank. As I had come to expect, the work was done quickly, cleanly and and by two friendly faces. Kahle Plumbing is top notch!

I had lost their number (which is 828-295-0899, by the way) and Google has the incorrect phone number. Fortunately, I saw the Labonte truck in town a few weeks later and snapped a photo of the truck which gave me the correct phone number. Hunter came today and finished the job to perfection in LESS than the time we had calculated (under 2 hours). I'm thrilled above and beyond at the service and professionalism that Labonte provides.
