Besides the wait the food quality was still flavorful. My boyfriend and I ordered the 8 pc boneless wings in mild, garlic Parmesan and smoked BBQ. Overall the wings deserved 8/10 but the staff lack manners and respect. The fries were a bit disappointing, they had an excessive amount of seasoning and tasted like they were tossed in sugar. I've eaten plenty of wings in plenty of places, always ordering Cajun and lemon pepper whenever available. Gotta' say, these were probably the best wings I've ever had in regards to those flavors! The wings were meaty and were seasoned just the right amount. They were still tender and juicy without being drenched in butter or sauce, a big plus. I just wanted an entree without a basket - no fries or drink - he told me that wasn't possible. After waiting & still no food I asked to speak to the manager - she told me they used my food for another order. I now have to wait another 10-15 min for the food to be cooked. She did apologize & offer me 10% off. After a long discussion she did refund me money. I just left there at 6:35pm. It's a small and quaint little place by the USF area. The wings are amazing and prices are great. You can get 10 bone in wings with fries and a drink for 10 dollars. All of the favors are very good, but my favorite is always the mild. It's not too Vinegary, so it doesn't burn on that initial bite. Aside from the wings, the fries really shine too. They have there own seasoning blend that goes on the fries, and I swear it's like crack. You just can't stop eating them. Took a little longer for our food to be done considering we were the only ones in the place but I guess they got a lot of phone orders. Overall waiting time was about 10 minutes or so. When we got our food, it did look appealing although I prefer the "larger" wings to the small, skimpy wings. The fries have the skins on but they weren't very seasoned like I expected. I had to add salt & pepper to kick them up a bit. My wings were OK. The sauce was good but not spectacular. I did get to try my wife's BBQ and it was OK as well. I found when I dunked my Hawaiian wings into the BBQ, it gave off a much better flavor. The ambiance was just as I like. They had classic 70's music playing as well as 2 TV's that were muted but had the football game on. There was another employee working with Danielle but I noticed she seemed more interested in texting on her phone than taking care of customers. The only thing I can really think about reviewing is the different flavors. We got the Cajun, garlic parmesan, Louisiana Rub, and their fairly new flavor Mango Habanero. Cajun is just ok. I'm not really a big fan of it. Just spicy and peppered pretty much would be the best way I could explain it. Garlic Parmesan is just the chicken wings deep fried, topped with parmesan and garlic salt. The LOUISIANA RUB is my favorite flavor here. Chicken wings deep fried topped with just an amazing abundance of spices and oil. Best flavor by far. It's not a saucy type of flavor either, the only real liquid is the oil. The Mango Habanero was pretty good too. The spicy habanero taste definitely overpowers the mango. It's basically a sweet and spicy sauce, even though it really isn't spicy at all. read more

Ok so let me first start out by saying their hot wings are the best I've ever had. The hot sauce is super tasty and has quite a different flavor than any other hot sauce I've ever tried. I love the fact I can get a mix and match combo that allowed me to try their boneless and bone in wings - this is unheard of at any other establishment. They have quite a bit of flavors to choose from and different quanitites to fit every need. I tried their friend corn and french fries with it and both were super delicious and I highly recommend. Garlic parm (piled with dry parm powder) and Louisiana heat, but it wasn't in the least bit hot or tasty. The chicken was so overcooked it was dark brown and hard crusted. Two pieces were too hard to eat. On to the french fries, that looked promising as it was a real potato... Unfortunately it was so over salted we threw the whole order out. Terrible customer service, had to wait a extra 20 mins from when the initial pickup time was(ordered online). Typically when you order online and pickup , the store associate would ask your name and review your order. I was only asked my name. Which I have a pretty common name. The associate told me it was gonna be another 10 mins because it wasn't ready. A little disappointed but whatever I'll wait. 20 mins later the manager comes to ask me about my order because the order that was being made that was supposed to take 10mins longer was actually a different order than mine. Than between the associate and the manager they are blaming me because They were looking for a door dash and the associate said he had asked me if it was doordash(which he didn't) . Long and behold my order had been siting on the counter the whole time and was now cold. I demanded to have the order remade, so much confusion between that team and lack of leadership is laughable. If I was was the manager I wouldn't have blamed the customer for the mistake regardless at who's fault as was and proceeded to remake the order . So finally the order is done and I get home and they still(coming from the manager herself) manage to screw up my order. This is where the wheels or should I say the Wings fall off. We ordered 50 wings tonight that normally yield about 12 - 15 wings for left-overs for lunch the next day, but NO left -overs Today..... These were the smallest wings I have ever been served, they may even be small in sparrow wing terms, certainly not the delicious wings we traveled 30 minutes for and were used to getting. I am normally the type of guy who does not complain, rather, I just shut up and don't go back. This was a little different since it was one of our favorite wing places, I decided to inquire about the extremely small wings. They agreed they were super small, and one server volunteered to re-do the order, but another associate said they would not. We ate all 50 and were still hungry. On the way out the manager asked how was everything, so I told her they were the smallest wings I had ever seen. Her response...... Oh we got a new supplier and thats all there is to it, and some people prefer small wings. Wingstop has been a Stop for us at least once a week, but no more. And they are just as good here - I drove up from Brandon - where I was staying right next to a Hooters and a Buffalo Wild Wings - Twice! - to that should tell you something... BUT - the same could not be said of the service - both times I dined in. The first time the person who took my order was at first clearly fed up because I didn't immediately know what I wanted - and impatient when I took my order. If I didn't want the wings I would have walked. Maybe they were busy - WingStop does a lot of to-go and plenty of people came and went, but that should not be an excuse. Second time - I ordered a meal and stood there waiting for my drink - thinking it wasn't rocket science to get a cup - I didn't have to ask for it, but the person on the till that time clearly felt taking care of other things was more important than giving me a cup and I felt he only gave me what I ordered so I would go away.
