I really hope the store manager sees this! If you like DRY NO SAUSE pizza, this place is for you!!!…read moreWe have eaten there 3 times in the past three months and every time there is absolutely no sauce on the pizza. The second time we were several miles away when my wife opened the box. It was so bad I turned around and went back. I went into the store and explained to the young man I wanted my money back. He was so courteous and insisted I let him fix it so I let him and he did indeed make it the correct way. We decided to try one more time today and again dry pizza with no sauce. I don't know why for sure they are doing this but I will say that the manager is saving a lot of money on pizza sauce. hmmm, wonder why they would do that!. -money spent = better bonuses! i should also add that we eat regularly at a LC in San Antonio and it always has lots of sauce and is amazing every time!!!!

08/29/26. My girls(14,&10 years old) and I went to eat here around 2:30-3:00 pm…read more We had a very unpleasant, and scary experience at this place. So I don't understand where I went wrong but My girls and I was treated like crap by THE OWNER TOM! So everything was decent until we received our food. I immediately noticed my girls was served more food than what the menu read. So I called the waitress over and advised her that I ordered the little ones (menu lingo) 2 peice chicken strips and fries. Instead we were brought a plate with 4 strips, fries, and 2 pieces of toast. She was persistent that I didn't say little ones and also said I should've made myself more clear by saying kids chicken strips, I was using their menu lingo, as I do anywhere else. I expect them to know their own menu but apparently not or she just didn't hear me. But that doesn't rule out that I said it. so she went and talked it over w/ whomever. Before my girls even touched their plate, I brought this to her attention in case they wanted to take the extra food off but she didn't so we continued with our meals. My daughters order from the kids menu for a reason because as I suspected it was was too much food and they only ate 2 strips and some fries. Mind you the plates they brought to my girls were 15.99 each compared to the little ones being 9.99 each. I looked at the ticket and noticed only $6 was taken off one meal. So I asked the waitress if I can please speak with a manager. This is where it got scary and uncomfortable for my girls and I so...TOM the OWNER came out and for 1 WAS DRUNK!! So he asked me what's going on and I explained everything and how I tried to get it settled before the food was touched and how I did request little ones chicken strips and it may have just been an error between the waitress and I. Even if it was impossible to make the change at that point he was the MOST RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON and then to be DRUNK at his place of business. He basically was telling me there was no change going to be made since I didn't say the word *kids*... so I told him I'm not paying for that. So he says I'm calling the cops and I respond with go ahead I don't care. Again, mind you there was other people sitting around us and he was talking pretty loud for something so simple. There was no reason to be so passive aggressive. He asked me what I wanted to do with the food and I told him it's up to him it's his food to deal with. So after him saying he's going to call the cops I decided I was going to go to the front and away from everyone so they can enjoy their time. My girls and I waited in the front for the cops to come but they never did, instead TOM THE OWNER came out again and tells me...you can go now, get out of here and don't ever come back. YOU GOT IT BUDDY I WON'T EVER EVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE. I didn't have to end up paying for anything because he wanted to just leave at that point. but I would've rather had paid for our meals we requested but he didn't want it so we left. I wish I would have read the reviews before because I would have DEFINITELY!!!! Went some where else after seeing a review a woman posted 2 months ago, about there being rats running around. That is DISGUSTING My daughters left feeling sad, and embarrassed that they heard this man not only talk me in the way he did but then says he was going to call the cops . They were telling me they should have just ate all the food like it was their fault but I told them no we shouldn't be treated like this anywhere we go for any reason as long as we stay respectful, and calm. We went to have a good time after a long week of work and school and this what we had to deal with. For him to treat a woman and her daughters this way is uncalled for. THIS PALCE NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED AND THE OWNER NEEDS GOD, REHAB AND, HIS MOTHER OR FATHER TO SHOW HIM HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE in general BUT mostly WOMEN AND CHILDREN BETTER. I HAVE THE INTERACTION ON VIDEO BUT IM NOT ABLE TO POST IT ON HERE BUT I DID TAKE A SCREEN SHOT FROM THE VIDEO.
